I contacted ************************* on October 27th, 2023 to see if he would be able to have my 2017 Jeep Renegade shipped from **********,** to *******, **. I was told that it might be too early to find a truck, but he would let me know. I was contacted by **** through text message on November 14th, 2023 asking if I still needed my vehicle transported. I was told that he could have someone pick it up on the 18th of November and he also had a driver who could pick it up on the 16th of November. I was contacted on November 15th,2023 stating that my vehicle was going to be picked up on November 16th. On November 16th at 1730 my vehicle was picked up with my belongings. I was told by the driver who picked up my vehicle that he was in charge of taking my vehicle to the bigger truck. I contacted who I thought was the diver on November 20th, 2023 asking what the *** of my vehicle would be. I was told that it would be delivered November 21st, 2023 around noon. I contacted **** on November 21st, 2023 at 1413 to ask if it was normal for the driver to run late. I explained how the driver was late picking up my vehicle and not responding to my text and calls about the *** of my vehicle. **** informed me that if they were driving or unloading a car that they wouldn't respond. I responded with my understanding and how I think that the price should be changed due to the inconvenience of the driver not delivering the vehicle. **** contacted me the morning of November 22nd, 2023 to ask if the vehicle had been delivered. I replied that it hadn't and that I would be contacting the police. **** sent me a message that was sent to him from Transport Solution LLC. They stated that the driver called them and started demanding to get paid before dropping my truck off. They also stated that we had every right to be angry and that they tracked the vehicle down to a location. When asked about the keys they went silent and have not responded. The ******* police were contacted and sent an officer out to the address that they say the truck is at. Per the ******* police there was no vehicle there matching the description of a blue 2017 Jeep Renegade. It is not December 7th, 2023 and Im still without my vehicle. I have sent a demand letter certified with no reply.
