5 starsEstrella roofing company was the best company Ive ever gone through! They were extremely kind, thorough, and went above and beyond for the work that they did! The price of the work and labor they did was way more affordable than any other company I saw! **** and his team were so friendly and considerate to clean up even after all the work! **** was especially kind and so honest in his first assessment of the inspection! 5 starsI am extremely pleased with the work that Estrella Roofing did on a roof repair for me. They responded quickly to phone calls and emails, got the work scheduled quickly, showed up when they said they would, took pictures of the repair work throughout, and cleaned up my backyard very well. 5 starsEstrella Roofing LLC was FANTASTIC!!! We had roof damage from a wind storm with rain in the forecast. I called the office on a Friday afternoon and ******* answered and within five minites calling us back to say ****(owner of the company) would be out the next morning to give an estimate and trap the roof! Incredible service! They were able to find the matching tiles and with and an excellent crew, fixed our roof in less than a day! Estrella Roofing LLC will earn your roofing business as well as your loyalty. Their prices are competitive, the workmanship outstanding and my interactions with the installation team were helpful and respectful. Each night when they left, my property was immaculate. I am the fourth homeowner in my small complex to use Estrella for new roofing and our HOA also used them for a small repair. As one homeowner said, I just love Estrella and I agree! I feel very confident in recommending this company. From the owner down, they really care about the work they perform.************

5 starsWe commend Estrella Roofing for their responsiveness, competency, fairness and strong customer orientation. It was not just what they did, but how they did it which distinguishes them from other roofing companies we've dealt with.Within a week of requesting their help, one of the owners visited our home to determine the extent of roof repair needed. His experience in the field is considerable, spanning several decades, and he quickly identified the exact cause of the leak.The Estrella staff expeditiously generated a contract that was easy to comprehend and which met both party's interests. The scope of the work included: detecting and replacing broken tiles; replacing underlayment of one section that had badly deteriorated; installing metal flanges around all exhaust pipes, which had been improperly configured; cleaning valleys which had been clogged with debris and pigeon excrement thus impeding drainage; and doing a health check of the roof's overall viability. All of these tasks were accomplished in one work day by an experienced,energetic crew of 4 men who were a pleasure to work with. They arrived on time, were diligent, and cleaned up all construction and roof debris at the end of the job. Significantly Estrella Roofing had a unique source for replacement tiles that matched ours.A generous 10 year guarantee was provided for the section having the leak, where underlayment was replaced. Estrella will come yearly to assess the roof's viability, or sooner if needed for a specific problem. Throughout the process we were consulted about repairs and costs.There was no subterfuge, no gouging. We did not feel cheated.To the contrary, Estrella was most accommodating and very fair. I strongly recommend them to other homeowners and builders. Because of Estrella, we feel ready for the 2024 monsoon season and its microbursts and flooding rains. 5 starsEstrella Roofing LLC is an excellent company. I would wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone needing roof repair or replacement. Our tile roof was rather old and in need of replacement. We found them to be responsive and committed to both quality work and quality customer service. They explained exactly what would be done and how. The estimate was straight forward and accurate as to the final cost. They worked efficiently and got our roof done in the time they said they would. We know the roof we have now was not only done correctly it is a vast improvement over the way the old roof was done. Estrella Roofing has a lifelong customer in us. 5 starsEstrella Roofing is an excellent roofing contractor. We had new roofing material installed a little over 2 years ago. Our contractor was impossible to get an original leak repaired or even call back after 5 or 6 calls.****, with Estrella, showed us the problem having to do a terrible job on all seams. Good material used, but poor installation. Im really fortunate to have the problem solved be resealing all the joints & all vent ****************** The first roofer also coated all the vents to a point that our hot water tank couldnt remain lite because of no venting. What a nightmare until we were able to hire someone that knows flat roofing. Estrelia also, on short notice, showed up on time & finished the job on schedule.Review fromPatrick H

5 starsI would highly recommend Estrella Roofing LLC.I had a repair to our roof done by another contractor about 8 months ago. My roof started to leak again from the same area after a storm this past November. Called previous contractor and for the last month kept getting the run around. We'll be there, we'll be there tomorrow to take a look, blah blah blah. After trying unsuccessfully for a month I had to do something before another big storm comes thru and causes more damage. I will say I am no roofer and can't be certain but I can only state the leak was in the same area. Previous contractor choose not to re-evaluate or communicate so here I am.So I called Estrella Roofing on 12/13 and **** came out on 12/15 to inspect the roof and also to give an estimate. **** was on time was very thorough and gave us a detailed estimate on what they would be doing and what the cost would be.The roofing crew showed up today 12/20 and got down to business. I was not at home while the repair was being completed. I got home later, took a look and could already see it was a more indepth and better repair than what was previously done by another contractor. **** emailed me a link to pictures of before, during and after the repair was completed. I'm no roofer but I can tell you the area that was repaired looks really good and the craftsmanship was top shelf. There was no mess left behind either which is another plus.I plan to have Estrella Roofing perform an annual inspection and perform repairs as necessary. Our roof is *************************************************** the near future.Can't say enough about ****************** and Estrella Roofing LLC in general. Give them a shout and you won't be disaappointed.P.S. This review did not allow me to post pictures. Hopefully Estrella Roofing can add them.
