    My lease was over April 30 2021 and when the last inspection was done for the home the Landlord ***************** and property manager ********************* also the inspector for the company they used claimed the refrigerator was broken all because it was cleaned out and shelves were not put back inside .When we received our move out notice they took out all our security deposit from us and charged us ******* as a remaining balance due in 10 days . I spoke with janaI.If we can set up payment arrangement ****** agreed we paid ****** in cashiers check so we didnt get put in collections. I asked for proof the Landlord had to replace the old fridge and they sent me a invoice.I called the homedepot spoke with ********* the on site manager she said in thier notes they and kept the old fridge it didn't hauled away like they informed me. I am being charged for something i never broke and on top of all the other ridiculous fee added after our move out .I need help and need a refund on all of this.Thank you

    I managed my own two properties for years. I have had some good tenants and some bad tenants. I have had tenants that were late all the time. For some tenants, the rent was the last priority. Even a family vacation was placed higher on the list of things to do. So many times, I was told the rent check is in the mail. Many of the tenants thought I was rich and did not need the money! That is far from the truth. My two properties have mortgages. I have to make the monthly payment regardless if I received the rent money or not. Many tenants that I rented a property to never seemed to read or care about the signed contract. I feel many tenants take advantage of individuals that are landlords. As I stated, I own two rentals. One of my rentals is now managed by S&S Southwest Management. I just got tired of the "games." For the other property, I have no issues. When this tenant leaves in February, S&S Southwest Management will handle this property. I am very pleased with ****** and her team. They always look out for my interest. The contract is expected to be followed. If I have any questions or concerns, they contact me. Lastly, I cannot express how pleased I am for making the decision for them to manage my property.
