I just want to share my experience with everyone dealing with this company so first and foremost I havent been receiving my bills in the mail but I always make sure my bills are paid on time never been late. I received a phone call this morning explaining my bill is pass due so I was like I havent received it and mail, which was totally fine so as I was speaking to one of the workers, it was like she basically said are you gonna pay very rude? and Im let her know I will pay online like I have always done but I never received it and shes trying to verify the address like she has an attitude so I proceeded to say if I can speak to a manager or supervisor. She said you have a good day hung up in my face I called back she placed me a hold hung up on me again call back again. She hung up on me again, so finally, I got to the manager. Shes not trying to resolve the issue instead of trying to see what my concerns was with the worker was she kept insisting lets go ahead and make the payment first. No, thats not correct. You should be wanting to see what the concerns are which are valuable. Customer then we can make the payment. Im very upset cause there was no care in the world for the customer me at the time just totally disrespect ,no Im sorry What transpired with your worker, so I proceeded to say, can I get both of your names so I can call corporate manager refused to give me a corporate number. She refused to give me the workers name. She said Im not gonna do that. She didnt acknowledge what the concerns was and she didnt care that she hung up in my face at all, which is very unappropriate not OK to treat a customer like that whatsoever because you wouldnt like for someone to do it to you so dont do it to me so my concern is I still havent got a corporate number to make my complaint what I just experienced Im bringing it here I wish I could have another trash company I am very highly disappointed very unacceptable and I hope this review can teach you
