I purchased a home from Mitchell's in Searcy and it was delivered around February 2021. I moved in the first of March and my heat and AC unit had never worked correctly. It was installed by another business that was hired by Mitchell's homes. Between the two of them they have been out here around 12 times and it never gets fixed. I am extremely upset and it's 86 in my house. I want it fixed correctly or the unit replaced.Business response

Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2021/06/11) */ We are a sale center for repo homes for 21st Mortgage. We sold this house for them. I have contacted them about the service issue. We have been to this house about 3 times and our A/C contractor has been there several times also. It was a complete new system when it was installed. From my understanding the A/C contractor was going to install another complete new unit this morning. That was at 8 A.M. on 6-11-21. I have not heard from the contractor if they have finished. We hope this will take care of the problem.
