    The technician at this location submitted my fingerprints under the wrong organization code and from a previous entry in 2020, including an old number, resulting in the State Police not accepting my most recent fingerprints completed in 2024 but submitted under a 2020 code instead of the new 2024 code I furnished them. The only solution they came up with was for me to redo my fingerprints with them. I live an hour forty five minutes from them, thus inconveniencing my job and life by having to stop everything to go redo my fingerprints at their location that I originally chose because I happened to be in Russellville on the day I was notified by the licensing board I could get my fingerprints completed. Once brought to the Russellville locations attention that it was their mistake and after getting involved with my licensing Organization's Board and the State Police, there was noting but a redo that could be completed because of the technicians incorrect inputs. The fingerprint technician argued with me and told me over the phone I had to have my background check completed prior to my fingerprints being taken, which is NOT true, but she said it was. I already had the licensing organization's approval code to get my finger prints completed which I had previously furnished to them and filled out my paper work with the licensing boards information, but they entered it wrong. The so-called technicians working at this location need remedial training or training if they have received none as the incompetence level is severely high and their knowledge of the process is severely lacking. I decided to go and pay more money to go to Fort Smith to a LIVESCAN facility and avoid the River Valley Drug Testing and Supplies, LLC facility as I do not want hem to mess up my fingerprints a second time, as I need them completed ASAP with me testing in less than a week in Little Rock.
