      I had a 10:00 a.m. appointment on March 7, 2024 to have my oil changed, I checked in at 9:42 at the front desk and the counter man said it will be in the Bay in about 10 minutes. at 10:45 I notice my car, that was parked in the front by the window, was not moved. So I asked the man at the counter to give me my keys back I couldn't wait any longer, so I walk out. on the way out to my car I seen a Gentleman, that work at the front counter,. I asked him, " why do I schedule appointments if they are not honored"? He Preceded to yell at me stating, "They were understaff and they were like a Drs. office they get busy. I understand they were busy and they looked busy all waiting chairs were full and they even were people standing. But what I don't get is why people that had car problems without a appointment somehow got a head of me. That doesn't bother me either, But I don't think I deserved the yelling. I am old and handicap but I'm not hard of hearing.

      They lied to my wife by telling her the car needed over 700$ worth of work done when there was nothing wrong with it.

      Our most trusted alignment tech inspected the vehicle for an alignment and found lose parts in the front end and did his best to explain to Mr. L******'s wife what was going on. We only charged her for the tires she provided to be mounted. When Mr. L****** emailed us asking for an explanation we encouraged him to bring the car back in so that our tech could lift the car up and we could show him what we found. We wanted everyone on the same page with the issues. We pride ourselves on the fact that we do not try to sell parts that are not needed because we understand everyone is going through hard times and if we can help those out we do. We are sorry that Mr. L****** feels this way but, without him bringing the car back in so that we could all be on the same page there is nothing else we can do at this moment. Our technicians do not make commission on their work therefore eliminating any need to try to "up sale" extras when finding the best and economical ways to fix our customers vehicles. We are saddened that we were unable to make Mr. L****** happy with what we found on his wife's vehicle and hope him the best in the future. Our goal is to make sure every vehicle is safe and sound when it leaves our parking lot and we were unable to provide that for Mr. L******.
