My house was suffering from sagging and uneven floors and the sagging was causing some closet doors to stick badly. I had a couple of contractors over before calling American Standard Foundation and found some lack luster and another crazy pants expensive. When Mike arrived to bid the job I really liked the way he explained my house's troubles, in an educational manner. We walked inside and around the house and we both crawled underneath. I felt that Mike's recommendations for making the house more sound by adding 3 beams and re-shimming the existing beams to be the best advice of the bids I got. His bid was the "goldilocks" bid. When it came to the work, which started 6ish weeks later (also a sign he has many people trusting their homes to him) Brandon, the foreman, and a small crew went to work. Every morning Brandon would give us a shout about what they were doing that day and whether or not they needed to enter the house to tune the beams. At the end of the work, Brandon and I talked at length about what was done, things to look for in the future and cave me advise about my french drains. Both he and Mike told me that it would be normal to call them to adjust the shims in 3-4 months as the house will adjust to the new support and may need tweaking, in which they'd happily come out a do that. Brandon also took care to point out things that may need to be dealt with in the future but did not pressure or scare me about those things. I like this business!

He spent his time with me on the phone asking about the issues with my home and providing advice for when I find the company to perform the required work. Mike, the owner of American Standard Foundation Repair, located in Rogers, AR promptly responded to my call to inspect my foundation. He spent an hour checking out the structural damage due to water damage with the local construction company I had initially contacted to repair wood beams, etc. here at Holiday Island. Mike advised them that the concrete blocks were structurally sound and would not need his intervention. Although he spent several hours inspecting, consulting, and traveling here there was no charge. His honest appraisal and professional expertise were also noted by them. People in need of water damage repair should feel confident hiring Mike.

Highly recommend Mike and America Standard Foundation Repair. We called a bunch of contractors when we experienced some cracks appearing and got the runaround and HUGE estimates from a couple of others. When I called Mike and told him our struggle, he first recommended we call a structural engineer since we were given confliciting amounts and scopes of work from different companies. He didn't ask for anything in return just said that he hoped once I got the engineer's report I'd check back in with him. The engineer's report was such a relief and he actually had Mike and his company on his list of trusted contractors in the area. The actual work done was excellent. The team was polite, professional, and did great work. They are honest and will treat you and your home with respect.

I am very happy with the work American Standard Foundation Repair did for us last June. They assisted my situation and advised what I needed for my sagging floor situation. Saving me money by not selling me something I didn't need. Replaced my crushed wooden shims with steel and concrete. Added three new floor joist to support sagging wall. Piped downspouts away from house. Brandon, the job foreman,and his helper were courteous and happy to explain their work when I asked, and very cooperative to make slight changes if possible when I had concerns. I would recommend considering American Standard of Rogers AR. For your foundation needs.

American Standard did amazing work in a timely manor. The crew were awesome young men and didn't mind our dogs hanging around. The owner, Michael Herring was great to work with and only did what was absolutely necessary first, then wait a season and see how we're doing before any additional work which probably saved me some money. I highly recommend American Standard. They know what the are doing.

Mike came out before many other companies even returned a call. He honestly assessed what did and did not need to be done to repair the foundation. He also discussed options for moving forward and listened to my concerns, and requests. He noticed issues with drainage that I knew needed to be addressed, and we agreed on a line item in case I didn't want to do it. But it was a no brainer to agree to complete it all. As they got into the work, it turned out it was more than they thought and they came up with a cost effective solution to address it. I found everyone to be respectful, professional, and very hard working. They showed up as expected and stayed until work was complete and cleaned up. They will not need to revisit their work here as it has exceeded expectations. Highly recommend.
