When we purchased our 2023 Vibe, I found 11 things wrong with it. I relied on Kiko’s to honor the warranty, and do the repairs. It took MONTHS for me to get parts ordered. When I took the travel trailer in to have repairs done, the mechanics were using my propane to run the heater when I got there. They gave me attitude when I asked about it. Next up, they forgot to order my outdoor sprayer, which had been leaking. I went back up there so many times, and called so many times, and every time they acted like it was the first time I’d asked them to order that thing. One guy at the service counter was falling asleep while I was talking to him one day I was up there. We purchased an extended warranty when we bought our Vibe - MISTAKE. The warranty covers wheels and tires. We blew 2 tires in Hot Springs on April 28th, 2023. During that time, we still had roadside assistance. Ha! They left us stranded on the side of the road - never got back to us! Fortunately, another camper loaned us a spare tire- ours only has one. The next day, I took the 2 flats to a tire shop. Roadside assistance never returned our calls. I spent a couple hundred bucks for 2 new tires. I got ahold of someone at Kiko’s and they told me I’d get reimbursed, because I have the extended warranty. I have been to that store probably 10 times, made numerous phone calls, and received many texts from their service dept and the manager, Matt, with zero luck on my warranty claim. For the first couple months after the tires blew, they literally admitted that they hadn’t submitted my claim. Today is December 31st, and I STILL haven’t gotten reimbursed! The last time I was there, I was introduced to the owner, and she said she’d make sure I was taken care of, but I’ve still seen no action on my warranty claim. I have been SO patient with this place, but I wouldn’t recommend these people to anyone. Camping should be fun, but this place is doing a great job of ruining it!
