I have used P I Roofing on seven different properties over the last couple years. I think they have always surpassed my expectations because their systems between all the moving parts. They've always been on time, efficient, and everything is cleaned up when they leave. I recommend them highly and often.

PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. The bad reviews on the BBB website are all true. I scheduled a roof evaluation and gutter cleaning with the company today. They were scheduled to arrive at 10AM. At 7:52AM, I received a text message that the tech was on his way to my home. At 9:11AM, I received an email requesting that I provide feedback on the services provided even though no one had arrived or provided services. When no one had arrived by 11:00AM, I called the office and spoke with ******* who proceeded to inform me that the services requested had already been completed. I then received a call from the tech who informed me "I have cleaned the gutters on a house where a man was standing in the front yard." After informing him he cleaned gutters on the wrong house, he stated he would "talk to the office about it." It should be noted that ******* in the office did not call me back to inform me of the unfortunate situation. She was rude, nasty and unprofessional. I was unsuccessful in reaching Mr. *******, president of the company to discuss the situation.

Thank you for giving us your feedback. I don't think I can refute your observations. Although you did talk to Mr ******* because I am he and I heard what you told me and then you hung up. I can only reiterate what happened on our end. Our service tech went to the wrong house, believe it or not the house he went to was a customer of ours and the tech didn't know it. So when we pulled up the customer was in the yard and welcomed them with open arms even though he was not on the schedule. Unfortunately my tech didn't verify his name or address but rather visited for a few minutes and then did the maintenance work. So to everyone's surprise you called upset that we never showed.

All I can do is apologize for the mishap, delete the invoice we sent to you and invoice the proper customer.

Let us know if you change you mind and would like us to service your home. Again I am embarrassed this has happened and apologize for it.

Mr. *******, You have rude employees and those who clean gutters on homes when there has been no request for service. You can't refute my observations because you realize they are the facts. There is no excuse for your employees who treat customers with blatant disrespect and for a company who doesn't have policies and procedures in place that will prevent these types of incidents. Had the tech checked the address or asked the person his name, he would have realized he was at the wrong place. It also appears that there has been a huge lack of training and education by company leadership. I'm the customer who was treated disrespectfully and wasted half of an entire day waiting on a gutter cleaning by your staff. There are many dependable companies in Little Rock who clean gutters. I am pleased with my choice of a company who treated me with respect and actually appeared to do the work at the time we had scheduled.
