I moved 2/28/2021 and to date have not received my deposit refund. I have spoken with several people in the office and keep being told they don't know why I haven't received my money. They Tell me they are contacting Corporate and will call me back. I never receive call backs and no answers when I call again.Business response

Business Response /* (1000, 24, 2021/09/20) */ we sent her the check, we can provide check numbers, dates, times and addresses. I will say the address she provided us in Texas does not provide the address she provided you. Consumer Response /* (3000, 27, 2021/09/20) */ (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.) They are trying to use the excuse that my address changed as the reason I haven't received the check. I spoke with someone this morning and was told the same thing. I changed the address and verified several times. Until they heard from BBB there was no reason given for why I hadn't received payment. They never told me when the check was mailed. Check number or any other information. I've been waiting since February for my refund. Now I'm told another 2 weeks, maybe. This is crazy!!Initial Complaint

Went to Fountaine Bleau Maumelle on the move-in date of June 26th after getting a confirmation text and call of date. The apartment wasn't ready, instead of telling me, they kept me waiting in the office as I had furniture scheduled to be delivered that day, and after my significant other and I unloaded my entire storage unit and moved it into the U-Haul. After some time I had not heard back from ***** who was working in the front office, so I went to the apartment. I walked up I saw the apartment was trashed, dirt was on the carpet, stains were everywhere and it was a disaster. They offered to pay for a hotel and reimburse delivery fees. This happened twice and then they offered me 1.5 months no rent. Once moved in the apartment was disgusting, I had to scrub the tile and bathrooms and cabinets etc. Patio leaked on tile when raining and daughter slipped and fell. Called to have fixed and was told they will see what they can do, without apology. refused to give general managers number.Business response

Business Response /* (1000, 27, 2021/09/17) */ we will waive her lease breaking fees and and allow her out of her lease with a 30 Day Written Notice as she did not have a great move in with us.
