I paid for a headstone on Oct 2022, I was told it would be laid by July 2023. In between this time I have called, txt and when by. On Dec 19 2023 I was told it would be here by Jan 12.2024. on Jan 12 2024 no call and couldn't get in touch with Mr. Dunn. On Feb. 20 2024 I went by spoke with Dunn asked for a refund only to be told he dnt have any money he spent it and that why I didn't get the headstone. I ask for my money back he told me he don't have any money and couldn't give me a refund. I do have receiptInitial Complaint

My brothers and I purchased a head song from *** Dunn And it was paid for in full on September 15, 2021. We were told 6-12 weeks. It has now been 23 weeks and we still have no headstone. Every interaction with Dunn there's a new excuse for why the headstone is not here. He does not return phone calls and the voicemail box is full. I called about a concern and he never returned the call. We were last told it would be here Feb 18th and it is still not here and we got another excuse from Dunn. He is unwilling to refund us our money and he does not seem to have remorse about the situation. My fathers grave looked tampered with and his marker was missing. I asked him about it and he never looked into it as to what happened. I asked for the information for the company the headstone is coming from and he advised they do not speak to the general public.Initial Complaint

Purchased a burial monument September of 2021. My aunt ***** *** *** and I have continued to reach out to Dunn with no resolution on when the monument will be ready for placement at the cemetery. Payment is full has been made with no headstone received. Phone calls are not returned. My Aunt has receipt of payment in full.
