      0 stars. They steal money by processing small debits that occurred prior to big ones, to accumulate more overdraft fees. And don't let them fool you about opting out of overdraft. They required me to do that in person, which I did. Then they conveniently lost the paperwork about 4 years later, costing me hundreds. Plus, they have the lowest interest rate around for savings. They make it seem easy to get a loan, but I have had success getting loans from just about every bank but them.

      Thank you for the opportunity to address your concerns. Arkansas Federal is processes transactions in a live environment. This means that debits (and credits) are processed as received throughout the day instead of all in a single batch in a prescribed transaction type order. A review of the last 23 months activity was performed and no insufficient or overdraft fees were found on you account. In regards to the savings dividends, these rates are lower but multiple higher yielding products are available to members. Thank you.

      Can't keep your credit/debit cards unlocked and can't get an account closed when you get fed up. Then they turned my 10k secured debit into and 11k debt when I had it paid down and the money was there to pay off. I was paying the limit every day onlime and it still mever got paid off. I shoulda been able to move the momey over,pay it off, and be done. Can't make it happwn at this place. So I walked in with 90 grand building cred and thinking my va disability pay was safe only to get my cred wrecked and not be able to access my mo ey. On christmas day. At a gas pump. Just filed a fdic complaint

      Communication with customers is FAR below POOR. ZERO call backs regarding an account we've been trying to close since OCT 2021. its now MARCH 17th 2022.

      Member has gotten awful. Understaffed, Employees are unfriendly, long wait times to conduct business. They don't reply to emails or secure messages. Find a bank that appreciates your business.

      Over 7 business days and nobody will reply. I was told by 2 reps I will hear from Management. Another lie! Member owned I should be contacted by email or secure messages. No one has contacted me. Stay away. Fund a bank that appreciates your business. They certainly don't!😡

      AFCU used to be excellent. Now they have gotten bigger and lost touch with Members. I've seen a big turnover with Employees, the new Employees are not friendly, they rarely speak. Communications with Members is terrible. They don't reply to messages, they say for faster service call, go by a Branch or chat. Wait times for a phone rep is at least 6 minutes, they have one chat rep, Branches are understaffed. I've commented on this to Leadership, they ignore me. If you want service find another bank. They don't appreciate their Members.

      Deposited an electronic check that said accepted. Then it was denied without any communication over endorsement but it was endorsed. Then when it was held up again I had to call because by now their app was down for upgrade. Now its still down hours after deadline. I am driving to ATMs to check my balance because if I get one more sorry excuse of an answer I am gonna go drill sgt mode on some poor unsuspecting waste of time and energy posing as bank help

      If I could rate 0 stars, I would. Trying to come after me for a payment that's not even due yet. I have automatic payments and proof that I paid but apparently they didn't get their money so now I have to pay more money because they "lost it". Communication is awful. No one knows what anyone is doing.
