Before purchase, make sure you live close by to someone who can service this machine. My warranty was up and it is going to cost me $300+ for a service tech to come out. Customer care is poorReview from Malissa B

RUN AWAY NOW!!! If I could give zero stars I would. I purchased a Sole F63 treadmill on 11/18/2023....it worked for 1 day then on 11/20/2023 half way through a 30 minute session it slowly came to a stop & error code "E7" appeared. I quickly contacted the service warranty department which happens to be under a different name "Spirit Fitness". At first it seemed like no big deal...they would mail out parts to me and have a technician service assigned that would contact me to come complete the repair. It's now 12/28/2023 AND STILL NO REPAIR SCHEDULED. I have spoken to at least 5 different people in the service department and the stock answer is "we're waiting on someone to accept the service ticket"........ I finally got fed up enough to call Dick's Sporting Goods (where I purchased the treadmill) and they suggested I call the extended warranty company that I purchased an extended warranty through to see if they would complete the repair. So I contacted Asurion (extended warranty) and am waiting on a tech to be assigned through them. Yes, the holidays slow things down but COME ON! $1200 on a treadmill and NO idea when it will be fixed. This company has ZERO customer service; I've had to initiate contact every time. THEY DON'T CARE. Even the extended warranty reps said Sole is THE worse company they've heard about from customers. CHOOSE A DIFFERENT BRAND and save yourself from the stress I'm enduring. If it's not fixed by mid January it's going back to Dick's.Review from Joe C

This machine was a disaster from the start. It was extremely loud from the start; clicks, squeaks, thumps and grinding noises. I gave the manufacturer the benefit of the doubt and called support, they needed someone to come out and asses the situation, fine. They came about a week later, said I needed to order parts, they were ordered and delivered another several days later. Then needed to wait another week for the repair company to come back. This process happened about 3 more times. The repair company couldn’t figure out how to fix it and now I had the elliptical in my house for about 2 months unusable. The repair company even told me it was a mistake to buy Sole as their experience was that they always have issues and customers hate them. They told me I should ‘milk the warranty and as soon as it was up to get rid of it immediately!’ - not what you want to hear spending this much on a piece of workout equipment. I reached out to Sole to return it and they told me I was outside of the return window and it couldn’t be done. So because I gave them the benefit of doubt to try and fix it, I get penalized being outside the 30 day return window. To make matters worse, I tried to do an A-Z claim with Amazon and they did nothing and denied it because it was more than 30 days. Shame on Sole and shame on Amazon but I would avoid Sole at all costs! DO NOT BUY!!!Review from Colette L

DO NOT BUY. DOA Treadmill. 2 months since purchase, still not working. Treadmill arrived DOA (keeps asking for safety key, even when it is inserted.) Multiple calls to Sole support and they finally shipped a part. Then I waited over a week to hear from a tech to come and replace the part. Never heard from him. So I called Sole again; Sole gave me the tech's contact info and suggested I try calling, texting, and emailing the tech (that should not be the customer's job.) After the tech replaced the part, the issue returned within the same day. I called Sole again and over the course of an hour I was 'transferred' to the service department 5 times, but never got the service department. The rep I vented to about this said maybe they were on a lunch break or in a meeting....seriously....then said I should try calling back again in the morning. Sole's website doesn't even have the manuals for the 2021-2023 model years on their site. I'm seriously regretting this purchase. Don't make the same mistake I did. Sole is a terrible company. Six years after we purchased Sole F80 treadmill, we discovered the running deck had cracked and the rollers were rusted. After several mails and calls over weeks with the Sole service people, we were told that the damage would not be covered as our exercise room was not in a 'climate controlled interior room.' Apparently, having an insulated room with a heater and dehumidifier did not count. They claimed that the humidity in the room would have cracked the deck, though we sent pictures showing the cracks clear without any rust. We agreed that the rollers may have rusted due to moisture and were prepared to forgo replacement for rollers. The warranty mentions not placing the treadmill near a pool or spa, which it was not. The warranty does not mention anything about requiring an interior climate controlled room. Also, the service people were under the misconception that we were using a 'humidifier' (?!) rather than a 'dehumidifier' in the exercise room. When we pointed out that it was a dehumidifier to keep the room dry, they stopped answering mails. It looks like they were trying their best to not honor their warranty. Really surprised that a reputable company like Sole would resort to these tactics.
