"This company sent me an offer in the mail for internet for 40$ a month for 3 years which is a good deal so I switched to them, unfortunately they started overcharging me 6 months later so I called their customer service number to resolve this issue. I cannot stress enough how absolutely horrible their customer service line is to deal with, it is obvious that the runaround and being put on hold and being hung up on are all tactics to prevent you from resolving your issue ." ... "I'm a disabled man that lives on barely enough to survive but I loaned my friend 100 to make a payment on my cards and I heard her tell them a 1 time payment and no don't document my card for later.
