They are liars and theives! Michael told me I culd have my deposit back but he lied. I waited 3 months 2 have a working fridge. There was a exhaust smell that made me so sick. The neighbors broke n stole stuff from our back yard. One of the ppl who live across from this duplex is dangerous n doin illegal things all hours of the night. Stealing, selling stolen goods n possibly a prostitution ring. Quantum doesn't care if they tell u that u will get ur deposit back or even if you are safe! They do not care if you are disabled or elderly! They care nothing for ppl just money!

The ******** did not complete the terms of their lease nor did they pay the last month's rent, pet fees for the last two months they lived on our property. This incurred late fees and their deposit was applied to those charges.

When ur landlord has reviews like Quantum it wuld be a good thing to read the reviews b4 u rent. I went to make gravy but bcos the fridge was out I poured what I thot was milk but it was curdled milk. When we paid 2 move in there was a ppl deposit n pet deposit, 1st n last months rent. I did not understand there was a pet rent. The reason why it was paid the 1stladt months rent n then used the depisit two months is bcos they used the last month's rent n deposit for late fees n pet rent. So much 4 last month's rent! I did not no the pet's rent was seperate. They told me rent was 600 so that's what we paid. Everything was done n some portal n since we had no internet we didn't know they were taking our money. The guy that lied to my face about giving the deposit back said they culdn't give me my deposit back bcos the owner doesn't give back deposits to ppl who break their lease but the same guy told me if we had bought from them they wuld have taken the money n account. Means he has the means to give that money back. For 3 months we bought a sack of ice every day, didn't hear them giving back our money for the ice or oay us for the food we had 2 throw away. That broken fridge's compressor never shut down n our electric bill was over 300. Didn't hear of Quantum helping us pay for electric. Michael knew when we moved n we were house hunting n when we found one I txtd Michael 2 keep him up with when we wuld b out n if we didn't tear up anything we culd have our deposit back. I was told by Quantum that we had 2 pay 4 Oct even tho they rented it the 2nd mon of Oct. We were told by Quantum that we lost part of our deposit bcos we were not out til the 8th of oct but I have a txt dated sept 29 saying we r out do u want 2 do a walk thru n get your keys. No response so I put them n the over night. In my opinion Quantum broke their own lease, o n I 4got 2 say Quantum not only took our deposit n last months rent but turned us over 2 a collection agency for 580. I am handicapped n my husband is disabled. He had a heart attack this past sat night n had to have emergency surgery n Quantums blood hounds kept calling my husband n myself IN ICU!!! I can't believe Quantum can b so heartless. The office manager was hateful that I turned them over 2 the bbb but ya no if u were honest n took care of ur tenants nobody wuld write a bad review!
