I was charged $20. Plus tax for Drivetime-labor for drive time I believe this to be a ridiculous fee! I called in advance and asked the cost for service I was quoted $87. Per hour No mention of a drive time labor fee of $20 plus taxReview from Misty C

Doesn’t deserve the 1 star!!! Awful service & habitual LIES! Signed contract on 5/10, still no pool today!! We were told 3 weeks, max 4 for install. Lie after lie by the manager. He can’t keep up with what he’s told us & continues to lie! I wished I would’ve read these reviews BEFORE going to Burton! Looking back I probably should be thankful this is falling into place like this because I’m sure their CS isn’t any better & that’s confirmed in other reviews on here!! Don’t waste your money! DO NOT BUY FROM BURTON POOLS in Fort Smith, AR!!Review from Dustin J

Well I want to start out and say Burton is not professional at all. I took my vacuum for my pool in on the 17 of June they said it should be ready on the 20th of June. It wasn’t I called there on the 21 of June and she told me they was almost done with it. I go there on the 23 of June and the lady told me they haven’t even started on it. I talked to Rodney today and they are working on it they have been saying that for awhile now. Just a horrible place to do business they just take your money.Review from Michael S

Do your research before you buy anything from Burton. I bought a hot tub 3 years ago from them and have had nothing but problems with it. The hot tub itself has a 5 year warranty and they have been over to fix it yearly. This last time I had a major water leak and contacted them in June/July of this year. It's now currently Dec and they are still working on it. It took them months to pick it up and take it to their warehouse and they have had it for 9 weeks. I was told today they are going to try to get back on it next week. They have no desire to keep customers coming back. The worst part about this situation is my wife had back surgery a few years back and uses this hot tube for therapy, I also have chronic back pain and the whole reason I got this hot tub was to help pain management throughout the Winter. It is a shame to spend a this amount of money and when something breaks you are at the end of the list. I will be contacting an attorney for a refund and buying another hot tub from a more reliable place.
