      Spring lake apartments in Russellville ar. Have been asking for 6 months for my apartment to be fixed ( my dishwasher, my ceilings fans, my floorboards leak and it smells like mildew, I have ZERO water pressure can barley take a bath takes over an hour to fill the tub, the toilet leaks water everywhere, mold in the air vents that has made me so sick I was in the ER 3 times! Not only that they raised my rent for 600 to 710 without fixing anything at all!

      Agree with others here that zero stars is appropriate. I wouldn't let the Shawnee golf superintendent run my kid's lemonade stand. It is a complete joke. Zero pride in their property or the work they do/don't do.

      Completely fraudulent company. They take your money, do not fix anything and then take it all again when you move out for damages they created from not fixing hot water heaters. They put a mark on my credit 4 years ago and when I disputed they said it was valid to the credit agency. Unfortunately for them, I have a letter proving I paid. Someone needs to investigate this horrible business and what they do to their renters.

      stacy the community director & verbally abused by her since we have lived here.she gas lights us & gave us oodles of red notices for other ppl doing the same thing she isn't giving them one.she also verbally abused & yells at us when we have complained to her about it.we have a recording for. Lindsey mngmt to hear how she was talking to us.i tried to make an appt but the community director said we have to email everything's 2 them.she should have been fired a long time ago.ifbur not rich or u don't look up to her standards she thinks she can talk to u however she wants.i say they need someone who is consistent with all tenants & treats them with respect instead of verbally abusing ur tenants.

      Rent going up by 15% this year and is well exceeding the inflation rate from last year by a large margin. Don’t rent from these clowns if you can avoid it. Avoid all links and greens apartments

      The Links, Jonesboro Arkansas.... Do Not under any circumstances apply or move to anything that Lindsey Management owns. They steal your deposit money. Never show you an apartment or give you your address. When you finally get to see your apartment, it looks nothing like the pictures. False advertising at it's finest. The apartment stunk and looked like it was from the 1970's. Plus the day before our lease was to be signed, they raised the rent. It's not worth your time or your money. The Community Director, is lazy and very foul mouthed.

      Can't get light bulbs for ceiling fan, they stop replacing them and I can't find them. I called Corporate-Resident Relation. They're solution is go to Walmart or Lowe, I have, they don't have the size I need. After explaining this they hung up on me and now not answering my call, I do not recommend this company. They are constantly going up on the rent and can't replace something as simple ceiling fan bulbs. Very disappointing, will definitely consider this when time to renew my lease

      We reside in the Fairways in Moore, Ok.
      We have been sprayed every Tuesday since April ( it is October now) we have been fighting roaches. They have sent the same exterminators out , they come in and half *** spray. They walk around with the wand and spray the kitchen. Spraying over my dogs food. They change what they have sprayed without telling me and I had a headache after 10 minutes and I had to go to the ER due to my asmatha. My dogs paws have been bleeding and are raw due to whatever they are spraying, we have had a large vet bill. The manager called and harassed me on the 7 th of the month. Telling me that we are going to be served a 5 day notice to get our rent paid. She raised her voice to me on the 2 calls that she made. I brought up the roaches and getting that Taken care of. She said that she had spoken to everyone in the building and they do not have roaches. I have been told that the apartment bldg is filthy. She basically lied to me because she didn't call anyone in the bldg. I was served the next day with a letter due to breaking our lease on the 9 th of the month. She is harassing me because I am complaining about something that she cannot and will not deal with. This is a terrible apartment complex to rent from.

      I'd like to give a 0 review but not a able to do so....They are ok with accepting your money but if you call to complain about being harassed with door hangers of clutter and not actually giving door hangers to all residents on the same side, that's nitpicking. They also enter your apartment and say that the issues that you filed a maintenance request for, has been handled when in fact the job didn't get completed. I called the complaint line and the woman just gave me the run around, stating that all doors with clutter would have a notice attached to them. When I explained to the woman that not all doors where tagged, as I asked my neighbors they both said that they didn't receive the notice. Mind you I called my landlord asking about the notice on my door and her word where "there was chips and toys out and I don't know who it belonged to, so all doors was notified" she pure lied. So over this company that doesn't take resident complaints seriously nor do maintenance complete there jobs as requested. I also have mold in my apartment, in which they cleaned the first time but I was told I would need to clean it myself whenever it appears again. I sent pictures of the last occurrence of mold and they were supposed to come and look at it. They never came, two weeks pasted and nothing, so I ended up having to clean the mold yet again myself. I have allergies and so do my children. Having to treat the moment every other month is ridiculous and its not healthy to have the mold and the stuff to clean it is just as bad. I do not recommend living in any Lindsey own properties if you have to rent from them. They aren't honest people and they don't care about you. Just want your money.

      Lindsey Management is a property management company that provides management services to a number of multi-family apartment communities in Arkansas. It does not own these apartment communities, enter into leases with the residents of these apartments, respond to resident maintenance requests from these apartments, maintain their resident records, or accept complaints on their behalf.


      Heather ******* does not indicate the apartment community about which she is complaining. The apartment community owner name should be on any lease that she signed for her apartment. In order to get assistance with her BBB complaint, Ms. McGough's complaint should be submitted directly to the apartment community at which she signed a lease. If Ms. McGough has maintenance issues, a work order should be submitted to the apartment community.


      Lindsey Management does provide a Resident Relations Department which acts as a liaison between an apartment community's management and its residents in order to try and resolve issues. The Resident Relations representative would have reminded Ms. McGough that the common areas at an apartment community are for the nonexclusive use of all residents, and she should not leave personal property or debris on sidewalks, steps or other common areas. This response is not giving Ms. ******* "the run around."

      If I could give a 0 star review of Lindsey Management, I would. My father and stepmother were nearly 10 year tenants at The Links at the Rock in North Little Rock, AR 72113. My stepmother passed away November 1, 2019 and my father passed away December 17, 2019. Their lease was due to be up in January 2020. We paid their rent for January 2020 and, after informing management of their passing, we were told we wouldn't be receiving their security deposit back because 30 days notice wasn't given. Please note my father and stepmother were the only 2 people on their lease, so I'm not sure how they were supposed to be responsible for giving 30 days notice when they passed away unexpectedly. I was told by management that this was their policy and given corporates number, however, that led us no where. Please beware of renting or doing business with Lindsey Management, especially the Links at the Rock. They are unhelpful and do not have any compassion for those going through extremely difficult times.
