Paid over $***** to have my car repaired. They lied about not charging me for a battery which they did ( it's on the bill over $*** . Stating that my battery wasn't strong enough to run test on car. I took my car back three times after they said it was fixed. NOT!! I had to turn around not even a mile from the car lot. After me calling and calling no response from them. They did absolutely nothing to my car exact same problem with it and I had to purchase a new battery. Never will I ever in life go to Tuscaloosa Ford for anything. Real bad service!!!!!!!!!

Took our car to Tuscaloosa Ford last Thursday to get the transmission serviced and have the brake pads replaced. While there the service advisor called and said the batter terminals were corroded and needed to be cleaned. The battery service charge was $53.73. Found the car battery was dead on Sunday morning on our way to go to church. I found that the positive terminal was not removed to clean the corrosion but it had been sprayed with some type of corrosion inhibitor. I emailed them and asked for that charge to be refunded because of their sloppy work. Today, the dealership offered an oil change and tire rotation and I come by at my convenience. Because I change my own oil and Sam's Club gives free rotation, I turned both down. A refund of the charge is what I expect a good dealer to do. Service Manager doesn't agree. I always went to Townsend Ford for several years and never any problem. When Townsend Ford sold out, looks like the good service went too. If you own a Ford vehicle, you might want to try **************************...I know I will.

I was over charged for services on my 2014 mustang. $189.00 diagnostic ended up Costing $389.00. They wanted to even put shop charges and labor.l wanted them to find out why my head light wouldn't work on one side, check the hood release cable, amassed window switch. And the timing for the lights to go off. The cost they wanted for repairs was $1700 plus tax. I refuse to have it done because of the charges. I wanted to pick my my car up and that when I was charged $395.00. They wanted to charge me for shop time and labor as well. It took from Friday of one week to Thursday of the next week for a diagnostic with an appointment. If I waited for the car the $189.00 would not be applied to the repairs. So I left the car and the above was the results.
