Bowers plumbing responded very quickly when I called about my water heater troubles. I had a professional serviceman arrive that showed me why I was having issues and then installed a new water heater. Absolutely Fantastic, Squeezed ** in on a Very Busy Day. Shut off valve burst, Water Everywhere. Arrived in 40 minutes after calling us back to tell us They were on their way Maintenance ************************* called to ask a few questions about situation & wanted to make sure he had everything to repair pipe, (which shows preparedness) said he was going to be driving by their warehouse on the way here and said he would stop by there if he felt he needed some thing different than he had on the truck so he could make sure he had everything he needed to make the repair for me, Just Fantastic, anyway, ************** is a very likable genuine guy with that guy along with the ***** plumbing company. Bowers Plumbing is extremely professional. They were where they said they would be at the time they said they would be there. They sent me a highly skilled plumber who who diagnosed and solved the issue I was having. ******* was friendly and took great care of my home and my belongings. He was personable and professional.
