This company purchased or obtained information about my current mortgage through public records and is sending unsolicited mail regarding deferring payments, escrow overages, etc. The mail that is sent looks similar to a bill or an invoice to purposely be deceiving. What's even better is they send the mail in my husband's name when the mortgage is actually in my name, so even if I wanted to do business with you, I wouldn't due to these sexist practices.Business response

Business Response /* (1000, 7, 2021/12/14) */ This was a cash out refi for the borrower to pay off 2 debts. Our LO went over the final CD with her & she acknowledged that she understood the numbers & was happy. After the loan closed, she called complaining about the not receiving the checks yet, the LO explained the loan had to disburse 1st & gave her the tracking info. She then called complaining that Lightstream would not accept a check to pay off the debt. The LO conferenced her in with Lighstream in which they confirmed a check was acceptable & she needed to send to the PO Box. She then got angry with the Lightstream rep saying she would not send them a check & got angry with our LO. After this confrontation the LO went to the lender Underwriter to approve giving her cash instead of paying it off so she could wire the funds to them & again she was still not happy. The borrower would also an escrow refund back before she closed & she wanted 4k back since we collected over 5k. She was informed that she would get whatever was left in her escrow account now which was a little over 3k. Again, this was a cash out refi TO PAY OFF DEBT.
