Mike and his team are phenomenal. I called about 2 months ago and I was called back right away. Morgan(whom I absolutely love) called and told me they would be right over. I was having problems with my meat case and he fixed it. He’s fixed our freezer, ice maker and the list goes on. They are extremely professional and they make sure the job is done and ensure everything is working properly before they leave. I’d recommend them to anyone!!Review from Jon W

We found Mike and his company after a horrible experience with a local company and his men showed up and went out of their way to replace our condenser all in one afternoon after a day full of calls and jobs and we are an hour away! My lady works days and I work nights and he worked around our schedule with us so we could both be there when the job was done. They didn’t leave till nearly 9 PM and only after they made sure it was perfect! Mike himself came out with his family with extra tools after a regulator was broken on their torch tanks. Literally the best service from any company I have ever seen. Michael and his men care and it shows through their work and how honest he is about costs and how to save money. You don’t have to be afraid of large bills because he gives you all the options and really guides you in a world not so many know about. We will continue to use them for any HVAC needs in the future.Review from Renee D.

We had an older HVAC unit that Mike repaired. He was upfront about the possible need to replace the unit in the near future and did not pressure us on that option. He repaired the old unit, at our request, and described everything he did to get it operating again. We were very happy with the timely response and repairs. But the old unit eventually failed again. Mike once again offered us options for repairs but was also honest about the remaining life left in the old unit. He did not pressure us into making a decision. We had many questions and concerns and he addressed them all. We decided on a new unit and he installed it on a weekend. When he removed the old unit he discovered damage done to the ductwork insulation and repaired that as well. Very pleased with the new unit and the quality of his work. Mike truly cares about his customers and offers them options that are best for them without high pressure sales gimmicks.Review from L. H

I had my air go out at my business and I needed it up and running asap! Mike was super responsive and come as soon as he could. He even worked over the weekend and was super thorough with me about everything he had to do. He was very considerate of the times I would have clients and come to finish the job super early before I opened. He went over what to do to prevent the problem from happening again. I even had a family emergency and was not able to be there when he finished but he sent me videos to verify the job was done and everything worked. I was so grateful for his help. Mike & his crew did a fantastic job repairing the ductwork in our crawlspace. Was very knowledgeable and informative on the repairs needed as well as being creative on ways to help us keep cost down. I would highly recommend All American HVAC on any of your heating & cooling needs. Will definitely be using their services again for regular routine maintenance and any needed repairs.Review from Sharon B.
