My services were unsatisfactory After paying over $1200; the movers were very unorganized and left several items As a small business owner myself quality service especially when paid for gives the client the right to choose what resolution suits via credit and in some cases for me a full refund to them when myself or my staff fails to keep our end of the commitment. Yes, you offered to have my items packed and moved again since I kept my end of the bargain and paid my fee in full however it inconvenience my time and my business to wait for your movers to repack and move me all over again A partial refund of 10% would have been acceptable to me however your answer was point blank NO Thank you for helping me not to choose your company again

Thank you for your review. We appreciate all feed back. We completed your move on Thurs 13 May. You contacted us on Friday 14th May and It was stated that Motivated Movers left a few items at the load. However, the customer nor anyone else was there upon completion of the load so therefore we were unable to do a walk through to confirm that we were complete with the load. On Friday 14th when this was brought to our attention we immediately offered to send a crew out and waive all drive time and travel fees to get the items left behind. You stated that you are just going to pay some friends to get the remaining items and you wanted a 10% discount. We did say that we would not give a 10% refund but we again offered to send a crew out waiving all travel and drive time fees and it was once again denied. Motivated movers made attempts to resolve the issue but it was not satisfactory to the customer due to the customer only wanting a 10% refund.
