I went to Symbolic Ink to get a tattoo. Employee took a $50 deposit to hold n it will be deducted from the total balance when arrived on the date. I asked employee in wheelchair if they would call for reminder n he said yes n explained the details of the process of tattoo once I come in. So today, June 16, 2021 I never received call so I called. I spoke to employee who set up reservation and he said it was scheduled for Monday n I asked him why I didn't receive a reminder call. He kept putting me on hold n then he said it would be July 8, 2021 before I get tattoo. That wasn't good for me so I asked could I get a daith piercing instead of tattoo. The employee said yes n it would be no refund on the remaining balance. I asked could I get a extra ring as well to cover the $50. Then Owner ***** gets on phone starts yelling at me for no reason and said I'm a liar while cussing at me and that there are no refunds and have a great day and hung up. So I called back n he yelled again rude like.
