      My husband and I recently had the pleasure of purchasing a used vehicle from Mullinax Ford in Mobile, *** We looked at vehicles from MS to ** and Mullinax Ford had exactly what we were looking for. Our sales associate, ************************* was super nice, genuine and NOT high pressure. Mullinax has a pricing structure different than most dealerships, eliminating all that haggling. **************, worked with the technicians in the service department and allowed us to check the used vehicle thoroughly. We owned our own automotive repair business for 30 years and wanted to look it over ourselves. At purchase, we were given a 5 day/300 mile warranty. Unfortunately, we experienced catastrophic engine failure days later. What happened was nothing neither we nor they could have foreseen. ***************************, sales manager reassured us that Mullinax Ford was going to take care of us and that he did. ******************* kept us updated regularly during the engine replacement repair process and we could not have been more pleased. The entire staff went above and beyond. We will refer everyone to Mullinax Ford and will definitely use them in the future. *** ******, ******, **

      Fabulous customer service🙄after agreeing to a deal on a (underwhelming) 2012 Ford F-150and getting what was a verbal agreement for a trade in (them knowing full well any and all issues with said trade in) after paying my $*** deposit I jump in my truck rent a trailer load trade on the trailer drive 8+ hours to finalize this deal get there 30mins prior to scheduled appt time get with my sales rep finalize said deal which included counting out a large sum of cash get the keys to my new truck to find out the sales manager still needs to "inspect" my trade only to come back after inspection and try to swindle me for $**** more so needless to say I loaded my trade back up and got a full refund but will never ever use Mullinax for a vehicle purchase! Ps this would have been the second vehicle purchased with them in less than a 6 month span! Basically a waste of over 16 hours plus about $**** cash for the round trip gas and trailer rental

      I am sorry we could not come to an agreeable deal. I can understand the frustration of having so much time and money invested. I can assure you we were not trying to swindle you out of anything. When the vehicle arrived it was not in the same condition that was told to our appraisal team over the phone. When we first started the deal a few weeks ago, We were told the car was in good mechanical condition. The description we were given was overall good condition, it needed a simple abs brake module, tires were 50% and we received some pictures showing the body was in good shape. They were also told the car would be driven to us from Florida. We initially offered $*k for it sight un seen. After some negotiations back and forth and reassurance all it needed were the items mentioned above we agreed to $*k pending inspection. A few weeks later we are told the vehicle will be towed to us from Florida because on long trips the brakes will heat up and have problems. Ok maybe it has something to do with the brake module. Once the vehicle arrives it has a brake module fault like stated but also, will not start unless in neutral, wont shift out of first gear, radio/entertainment screen does not work, suspension making a lot of noise, charging system fault, and steering was super heavy just to name a few. After inspection we offered $**** because the car was not in the same condition that was portrayed to us. I don't disagree the salesman should've given the car to our appraisal team for inspection when you arrived and waited to collect your payment until after all the original terms had been verified. The inspection and completion of the deal could have been handled better and maybe there was some agreement that could have been made, but ultimately your car was not what was described to us.

      All fault codes and vehicle description was presented to sales rep prior to vehicle delivery if the proper description wasn't relayed to management it just really shows poor management to add to the poor customer service! Buyer beware!
