Im having several issues with the 2019 Ford F250 Black Widow Truck I bought, I have taken it in to Mullinax Ford service department several times to have these issues taken care of and they continue to either not repair the issues.Business response

Business Response /* (1000, 6, 2021/12/10) */ I do not have any recent repair history and the vehicle was not purchased from us. The last record I can find in my system is from August 2020 and it was for an oil change/works service. Prior to that in May of 2020 I have record of it being in for several concerns, some of the concerns were addressed and some were not covered under factory warranty. I am not familiar with any new concerns or recent visits. The vehicle is a heavily modified custom truck that was not purchased here. Some items may not be covered under Ford's factory warranty and would have to be honored by the up-fitter who did the custom work or the dealership where he purchased it. If there is Ford factory warranty concerns we would be glad to schedule the truck in for an appointment to have those concerns looked at. The truck has been to Mullinax multiple times, some items were addressed and some were not because each time they claimed that there was Covid-19 issue, or that they were behind and could not address the issues or that they did not have the parts. When the vehicle was purchased there were a few issues noted by ********** in Louisiana. The vehicle was taken to Mullinax a couple of days after it was purchased, we went over these items, they talked to the selling dealer and everything was covered by the full factory warranty and the parts were ordered. During that first visit they did take care of one major issue which was a serious oil leak but they did not address anything else. There were several appts that they either canceled or they were too busy to get to the vehicle. but from the first visit everyone agreed the items would be resolved. After multiple attempts of trying to get them to address the warranty concerns, the last time i took it back for an appt Mullinax is claiming that the issues are now normal wear and tear. The manager of ********** contacted Mullinax and explained to them that these were issues that were noted on its first visit to Mullinax a couple of days after its purchase. The service manager was to email me the information regarding the person at Ford Motor company that was denying what was agreed to. Additionally she promised to contact me via email and reschedule the truck for the other issues that weren't being denied. We are asking for a meeting with the director of Mullinax Ford , someone whom is over the service manager at Mullinax. I advised him we could set an appointment to have the truck looked at. Some concerns he had would not be covered under warranty and would have to be addressed with the dealer he bought it from. Some concerns should be covered under Fords factory warranty and we could have the truck inspected to rectify those concerns. He advised me he would reach out to us after the holidays to schedule an appointment.
