Two men and a truck moving company in Mobile AL are ******s, and not properly trained, several pieces of my furniture were broken 1//20/22 moving only 2 miles away , they also charged my credit card without my permission , I made several telephone calls and sent emails with pictures to the office and even went to the office in person to see why they’re not responding , I’m ready to escalate the matter to the franchiser, to the AL Dept of Insurance, to the BBB and if necessary to the courts . I was quoted $**** and my cr card was charged $**** without authorization. On March 13, 2022 , on several occasions I requested the name of their insurance and proof that my claim was submitted, that a manager should contact me, reimbursement to my credit card, I think 5 months is long enough to wait, these guys are buying time so they don’t have to repair any of the furniture , pictures and dates of notes available and also emails, texts, and tel calls , I can see why they’re not an accredited company

We definitely understand your concerns. However, we have signed documentation that we were authorized to run your card for your moving services completed on January 20, 2022. We have received your calls and emails and believe these have been addressed accordingly. When providing you with your estimate, we thoroughly explained that you pay for the time that you use on move day. On moving day, several additional items were moved other than the items originally discussed. This inevitably made your move take longer, thus increasing the final cost. As stated in our pre-move letter agreement that you signed, all damages that occur during these moves fall under a repair/replace policy. Therefore, these damages would not go to our insurance company. Your claim was submitted to our team for a repair/replacement. Additionally, we have already reimbursed $300 (due to the refrigerator damage) to your credit card prior to this submission. We also had set up vendors to come out to your home for the only other damage you submitted a claim about. When searching for vendors we let you know ahead of time they were backed up but they would schedule a time with you- as they have done so already.
