      Damage was done to the rims of my vehicle on June 17th, 2024. A report was taken and was not turned in in a timely manner. I wasn't contacted until June 27th, 2024 by rude individual by the name of ***************** from phone number ************. Without even listening to my side of the story, he proceeded to insult my vehicle, insult my intelligence and put blame on me. He claimed to have seen things on the camera. Do tenant windows that I was supposed to be doing in the vehicle at the time of the situation? He said that it was probably. Mechanical issues with my alignment, which is not true if he's seen all of this, he should have seen that even with my outside mirrors, retracted the machine.Snatched the mirror back and bent it backwards. He had no response to that and had no story concerning that issue. Considering he said he's seen everything. Pictures were taken of the damages by the young lady that didn't turn the report in as he stated himself. He didn't get to report until recently, which ended up being approximately ten days later. I had some further questions for him. I returned a text at 2:22pm June 27th 2024. Mister few did not respond to that. I sent another text at 2:40pm June 27th, 2024 still no response. I also called, and he never answered the phone. I was a loyal customer and the staff seemed to be very friendly until this incident occurred.It occurred.Add their location at ********************************************. The rudeness and passing the **** was appalling.Extremely insulting to anyone's intelligence, specifically mine. This man seemed to know more about myself then I. Pictures were taken by his representative extensively of the two wheels on the driver's side.
