My Husband I and have lived in one of houses owned by Keans Way Properties for 3 years now and he will not fix anything. The first issue was the ceiling in the living room falling through due to a water leak. It took him forever to make the repair and you can still see where it fell in and did not redo the entire ceiling in the living room. The plugs in the house do not work. When it rains, water runs down the walls in the back rooms. The air and heat has not worked in several years. He sent someone to look at the unit and they told us that it was too small for the home and would not cool/heat the house. We contacted him again when the air stopped working. He sent a new person out only after my husband told him we would sign a 3 year lease and replace the unit, just to be told he couldn't do that. After the 1 year we never signed a new lease and when my husband contacted him about the lease and the water damage, he replied with a text saying WHO IS THIS. We have now moved out and I do not know who to notify regarding the terrible condition of the home. I would be upset knowing he has rented the home to another family when there is mold in that house from all the water damage. I would feel terrible if he rented to a family with kids who would get sick like our children. Our son couldn't stay in the house for long periods of time and we have missed him so much, We would have to meet him at friends homes or get a room when we wanted to see him more then just a few hours at a time. We just thank God we could get out an have a ******* home for us all.
