            I have asked Valor Communities over, over and over again to come out and repair my air conditioning unit. It is still under warranty. There is a constant noise that has been going on for six months along with an air circulation issue. I keep getting the run around or patch work. They dont want to do the work that is required because of not watching the people they contract with that put the units in. This is beyond ridiculous to have to constantly put in warranty request for something that should have been repaired at this point.

            PLEASE BUILD YOUR HOME WITH SOMEONE ELSE We used Valor to build our home in 2021. They promised it would be completed by Dec 2020, then January 2021, then they said March 2021...I was due with our first baby in March, so I told them that was unacceptable. They quickly got the job done, but then the first 6 months of my child life was construction guys in and out of our home. Fast forward to 3 years later, we had to have ALL of our floors replaced. The *** was starting to lift/crack/chip etc. When the new floors were installed we understood why. They failed to put a pad down so we were walking on straight concrete. My babies were falling and hitting their head on straight concrete. I contacted Valor about the problem and the only response I received from them was "our warranty department will reach out to you." It has been 3 months and NO ONE has reached out. Literally the worst company. So save yourself some money and build with someone else.
