Excellent Service. ****** arrived when expected. He quickly figured out the issue and resolved it quickly. He was obviously experienced. He explained what caused the issue and fixed it without delay. It was quick and reasonably priced. I already recommended ****** and Overhead Door to others. The Overhead Door Company came to the rescue again! The spring in our two-car garage door split and my wife's car was stuck in the garage. The technician arrived much sooner than expected and was able to complete the job in less than 30 minutes. Overhead door did a good job repairing my garage door. ****** was prompt and maintained communication through the entire process. ****** did a fantastic job on our garage door. From the looks of things, it's much quieter and seems to be working quite well. I do appreciate the time coming out and checking out **********. If I had any concerns would be that I am an Army retiree and veteran. Was there any military discount packages available? I'm good either way, I was just curious. I called Overhead Door of Huntsville on Wednesday afternoon, and Sottty was here by 8AM the next day.. Not only did he take care of the requested repair, but took it upon himself to adjust the spring, which he noticed was making an excess of noise. Then, he answered a couple of other questions about the door for me and was finished in 30 minutes. The job was done with no pain on my part and properly.
