JULY ********************** buying a 2017 dodge ram for ****** dollars which was stated on the website. On August 2nd I drove to ********** ******* to complete deal Up A Notch and ******** financial. All parties involved sign contract and I was verified as well. After I began questioning why price went up **** dollars I was told that the person he selling car for needed to make **** dollars off deal. August 15th I was told by **** that the deal fail through and that I need to get someone else to finance. On August 22nd I was told I need to bring vehicle in. I ask about my **** dollar down payment. I was told that the financial has the money and they will refund money. However I didn't bring it in because the vehicle actually broke down. On August 23rd I found someone to finance vehicle for ***** dollars by Top ************** and for the invoice on the truck. **** provided company with a price of ***** for the vehicle. I call and **** why the price increase and he stated that my down payment was added to the total when doesn't make since. I'm out of ****** dealing with a fraudulent saleBusiness response

******* reached out to us about a vehicle. The vehicles cash price was ******. She decided to be financed which the finance through a company that has finance charges so her amount went up which she agreed before signing the contract. ******** gave her and approval so she gave us her deposit which was around 6k so i let her leave with the vehicle. About 2-3 weeks later through underwriting ******** sent me a letter saying the deal could not be funded and that she would need to bring the vehicle back due to her having using multiple different social security numbers in the past. I informed her of the info and provided all documents that they provided me. She asked about a refund which I told her that she could have, once the truck was returned. She disputed the charges with square so the funds have been placed on hold. ******* reached out to the company Topmark to get funded with them originally I sent over the original bill of sale. Once she asked me about it I told her that it should have been a lower amount and that I would correct that which I sent over to them. I talked to the rep and he stated he had received it but she was waiting to get the funds borrowed that she would have to pay them as a deposit. I have reached out to ******* multiple times about returned the truck. As of now she has only paid a deposit of around **** but has disputed so it has been put on hold. She hasnt secured other forms of financing, or worked with me on returning the vehicle.
