I went to get my keys and came back to get in the unit just to find out I had the wrong keys, I called several times and emailed them with no return calls for 2 days. Went back to get another key. Went and got all my belongings to get to the unit and that key does t work either juat got lucky and someone left the back door unlocked. I had to unload the **Haul cause I didnt have no where else to put my stuff. Now I have to leave my stuff unsecured. Once inside we find that the floors need swept and mopped. The trash on the patio was put in a small trash can and left along with 2 paint cans. There is a leak where the fridge was which is leaking into the kitchen floor where i am having to use towels to try keep it from running all over the floor. The heat dont work and its 30 degrees at night. There is dust an inch deep on the ceiling fan. There are roaches crawling on the wall, in the cabinets and elsewhere. Needs to be sprayed. I cant dry my clothes cause there is no lint line it is destroyed. The carpet is so bad that the carpet cleaning man wouldnt even try called **** and left a message saying this is the worst he ever seen and recommended it be placed. This unit was not ready to be leased out. It is disgusting and nasty. No one in the office ever calls back or responds to emails. There needs to be an after hours and weekend emergency number for maintenance for when the heat goes out or a leak. I am having to stay else where cause its cold, nasty and freaking roaches. If its going to be weeks to be fixed then I recommend higher more maintenance people. I have already paid $1900 which includes my security deposit and January rent and I cant even stay in this unit. I am guessing come Monday I will have to call and try to see when I can get a dang key and the issues fixed. I will come back and update my review if these matters are handled in a timely manner, so we shall see if this nightmare gets any better
