First, this company has billed me for a service or testing that I didnt receive. This company sent my bill to a collection agency without contacting me letting me know I owe any money. Second, this company has doubled charged me for a service that I did not receive.I have read several reviews of this company, and it seems no one cares about the consumers being falsely charged for services with this company. This is very shameful to allow a company to take of advantage of hard working people.Initial Complaint

On October 19, 2021 I made a payment over the phone for my son's bill (total was 316.23). The payment was $100.00 and I received an authorization number. When I asked for a receipt to be emailed to me, the representative said that she would MAIL me the receipt. I never received the receipt as of 10/29/2021. I call to make final payment today 10/29/21 and was told that the company only mail out statements and not receipts. If this is the company policy it needs to be included on statements or told to customers before they make any payments. My complaint is not receiving a receipt after making payments to Diatherix. I cannot not submit an authorization number to the FSA company and expect to get reimbursed with an authorization number. Just like Diatherix requires payment for their services, customers requires a receipt for their payments and not just an authorization number. Even if I paid online it does not display all of the information from the statement, it just shows the account number and balance. That is crazy! Why should any customer wait an entire 30 day for another billing cycle to see the payment. I will encourage my provider to stop using this company for their patients. Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2021/11/02) */ I have reached out to the mom via email to get the information needed. I will research once I received and get this issue resolved for the complainant. Consumer Response /* (3000, 7, 2021/11/04) */ (The consumer indicated he/she ACCEPTED the response from the business.) I accept the company response. I communicated with Serena yesterday and was able to get the receipt I requested since 10/3/21.
