Legacy Homes has been wonderful to work with during our home buying and home building process. ******* was incredibly helpful before, during, and after the entire process. Im already recommending that my friends call when theyre ready to move and Id recommend this to everyone. Our home turned out beautiful and when we had any issues or questions everyone helped us including sales ***************, framers, vp, etc. They helped our move be a really great process overall and I would highly recommend them.Review from The Rocket Ciry G

My home is two years old now built by Legacy homes . Our tiled floors have all cracked from one end to the other in the EXACT SANE PLACES THEY CRACKED ONE YEAR AGO. They were fixed and now look exactly the same. Run away as fast as you can from Legacy homes.Review from John A

We bought what we thought was an amazing home from a quality builder. Gorgeous designs and amenities and what seemed to be a trustworthy staff. Well sadly that's not what we got. Issue after issue and no one in site to help. It takes multiple submissions to get anyone out to attempt to fix warranty items if they show up at all. They show up when they want and expect you to drop everything to fit their schedule. The constant bending of the truth to make it seem like all is well and being worked on. The lies from sales about what we get in our home based on the model but then we received none of those items that I specifically asked about. The fact we have moisture under our slab ruining our LVP floor, but no one is working on it or attempting to fix it. The warranty department is nonexistent, the last time we got a call it was from the scheduler for closings cause the girl that ran warranty quit, we have had 2 different sales agents, 3 superintendents, 2 different warranty *********** company has so much potential to be great, but they are ran sooooo poorly and the quality just isn't there. Being someone in the construction industry and ran track homes for 10 years you have to be onsite to build good products and that just isn't the case here. I would never recommend to anyone to buy a Legacy home.Review from Maurene H

Legacy Homes DID NOT trust them to build your home, I have actually purchased two separate homes from them in the last two years. They are understaffed and the turnover it crazy, I have been trying to get Warranty claims done since we signed on the houses. One in **************** and one in Merdianville. Every month I send them emails and complaints I call and leave serval messages, no one even answers the phone anymore. I dont not recommend them at all, and the repairs that need to be done.Review from Derek H

I recently closed on a Legacy Home and have been very pleased so far. The staff was friendly and helpful while the product has met all of my expectations as well. For the price I felt this would be the best value out there and have not been disappointed.Review from Anthony T

We closed on my our home at the end of January and this will definitely be the last Legacy home we ever purchase. I monitored the process throughout the build to help insure things were being done according to plan and correct. Well obviously I can't be there all the time so I am bound to miss some things. Let's start with the dismissive attitude the neighborhood realtor has whenever something is mentioned about the build. It's like you aren't worth his time and should just accept anything you get. I mentioned several problems during the build that were either never addressed or were addressed only when we refused to go to closing until they were. For example, our foundation had problems with cracking from one end to the other in many places and I brought it up before the framing ever started and I was told "it's part of the normal process and is to be expected" except I looked at many other houses and they didn't have the same issue. Then, they forgot to run a pipe under the sink so they had to jackhammer the concrete which cause more cracking throughout and yet again they had to jackhammer one more time because they didn't run the electrical properly under the foundation by the backdoor. This last jackhammer event caused my back patio to crack from end to end in many places and when I brought it up to the builder and asked what they planned to do about it, he told me they probably wouldn't. When the same issue about the cracking on the patio was brought up to the realtor he told us "when you purchase more expensive homes the concrete is poured last to prevent such things from happening" and he also told my wife that "that is why outdoor rugs are so popular". Wow! So this is what we get for our $365K dollar purchase? Poor quality and sarcasm...nice. Moving on, our back door has never closed properly and this was brought up during the build, at closing, after closing and 4 other times through the warranty process. Five months later we still don't have a backdoor that closes properly so it is difficult to lock and bugs come around the opening because you can see the outside through the crack in the door. There is a list of things that I could go on about that have been promised to be taken care of and have not, but I am exhausted. Trying to talk to anyone at Legacy to get anything done is tiresome. My wife and I just want the home we were promised and are paying for and so far we haven't received that.
