I had never heard of APEX Restoration *** until my national-level insurance company assigned them to handle major water in our home in November 2022. This company's personnel were polite, courteous, ON TIME, and responsive to my requests. The estimator showed up the day after being assigned, made a detailed estimate and immediately got a mitigation team into our home to work. He interfaced with our insurance company while their moving and storage team came early, packed and loaded our things for storage taking care to wrap everything necessary in shipping blankets. The packers annotated the boxes and where they came from to ease putting everyting back. The movers loaded the truck taking care not to damage our belongings and took them to their facility for almost four months. The moving team returned the items and unloaded them taking care not to bang or scrape the newly painted wall. Overall I was impressed with their care and courtesy. These are nice folks who said they would treat our things like their own and did it. I highly recommend them.

mold in the basement because the house went s gutters for 6years. Greg Driver is franchise owner,Paul is the project manner. I have ask for an itemized statement for the appropriation of the funds;also ask for a completion date for the project. The means of communication with the company is thru email Paul states is Greg is traveling and is unavailable. The project is not finished. We are starting on our 7th years. I would like assist from the company to fulfill these two questions completion date and itemized statement.
