I have a 2022 ********** Outlander that I bought from the dealership in ***********. Has needed wheel bearings replaced(under warranty) since I took it in in January. They keep telling me the parts are on back order. They cant get ********** to send them. Meanwhile Im driving a new vehicle that is so loud you can hardly talk to each other. What good is warranty if you cant make them send the parts well after 90 days has passed. If I didnt make the payment for that amount of time, they would come get the vehicleReview from Shirley K

Yesterday morning I unfortunately found myself needing a new car all of a sudden. I found a vehicle I was interested in on Long Lewis' site. Called, spoke to Xavier who had the vehicle out front for me to see upon arrival. I quickly realized that I wasn't interested in that vehicle and we set out looking at the used options they had available. Went for a ride in a '17 Explorer. Loved the vehicle. Decided to proceed. Paperwork went smooth. Financing was made easy. Shomari helped lock in my rate and get me setup with the lender. I closed the deal with Evan, who again was more than helpful and easy to deal with. Alyiah then walked me through all the technological options and helped me get setup before hitting the road. The entire experience was smooth, no pressure, no hassle, dealing with really nice folks and walking away with what I think is a good deal on a quality used vehicle. Xavier, Shomari, Evan, and Alyiah, keep up the great work! And thanks again!Review from Glen W

Year ago had 30,000 mile service on 2017 F250 diesel. No problems with truck. Only oil filter,oil needed changing. Told cabin air filter was due for change(at $23). Agreed. On page 573 of owners Manuel there is note to change fuel filters. Didn't know of these and didn't know top filter has tendency to crack and leak.(Found this out on Ford problems internet site.). Yesterday with 40,000 uneventful miles the truck burned. Long Lewis says they"don't always follow Ford recommendations and that perhaps these filters need more often changing. Gee whiz that might have been good to know. Sure am glad the cabin air filter was changed. Who knows, might have prevented lung cancer--or at least dust mites.
