Had a dental procedure done in March of 2023. Claim was filed incorrectly with insurance so nothing was covered. Reached out to StoneCreek and Insurance to get claim re-filed so adjustments could be made back in November. So, seven months after treatment just now getting a bill with no explanation. After everything was completed by Insurance, Stonecreek says I owe a balance. That's it. No explanation of why I owe a said balance was amount that was higher than what I was expecting to owe, given I had just had same procedure done on the other side of my mouth, therefore I met my deductible. Called office multiple times to get a explanation as what was filed to BCBS, and what was causing the balance and received multiple explanations but there was never a correction. **** kept coming, called again, said they would look into it and never got a call back that it was corrected/fixed. Called final time after final **** received, said it was a mistake and should not have been mailed and account wouldn't go to collections. It still went to collections, still with no explanation where the amount I owed came from.It was horrible mismanagement of this office because I was told one thing and then another happened. I definitely wont be using this dental office again.Initial Complaint

I have been pursuing a refund of over $400 due to me by Stonecreek Dental since July. I was told initially that it had to be reviewed to make sure the fees had not changed since submitting to my insurance company. I was told in October the refund was approved and that the check would be mailed to me 4-6 weeks. I have routinely called to get an update and get the same run around of "let me email corporate to get an update", with no response back to me until I call back. My last call I finally received a telephone number to call assuming it was corporate. Straight to voicemail no introduction to company on message just your call can't be answered. I have left multiple messages asking for a returned call and nothingInitial Complaint

October, 2022 I had dental work done at **********. office I was charged $200.00 which I paid because they said they could not bill my insurance. When I sought reimbursement from my insurance I found stonecreek had filed a claim and had been paid. Since December, 2022 I have been trying to get my $200.00 back but have been told repeatedly that the refund must come from corporate. I have emailed corporate repeatedly but get no response.On May 1, 2023 I finally received email that acknowledged they owed me $200.00 but will not send it until my wife's account is paid. My insurance said stonecreek paid in full on October20, 2022 for my wife.This company is beyond discription
