      Professional pool did come and fix my pool with new liner. Other than a few other things they did fix mistakes. It looks good and is working well.

      Same thing has happened to me. I agreed to have them fix the water issue.(ground water) . They told me they could. 4500$ dollars later I still have ground water issues. New liner leaking. Been working with them since last august 2022. I just want my pool fixed. Im going to give them the benefit of the doubt. They said they would be back again to fix leak. Its a brand new liner. Shouldnt be leaking. If they do I will change review. Their work looked good but liner installation not so good.

      Anything but professional. They were contracted to replace my liner and instead of waiting for the spring water table to recede they were in a rush to complete the job so they punched a hole in the vermiculite base and inserted a pump which caused the pool bottom to collapse. When the water finally receded they did a sloppy job of repairing the damaged bottom and then charged me extra for the repair. I had also requested them to repair my pool heater and the spa jets in the steps. They came one time and never returned without repairing either. The workers were very unfriendly to deal with. I would not recommend them to anyone.

      Upon signing the vinyl liner replacement agreement, Mr. ******** requested that his liner be installed April / Early May. The liner was completed on May 6th. There is no way of knowing if there is a water table issue until the pool water is drained, once the pool was drained the ground water starting seeping thru the vermiculite (regardless that area was going to have to be repaired). We continued to monitor the ground water weekly. We received phone calls 2-3 times weekly and was also approached on the job site by his wife asking when we where going to install the liner. We tried explaining that we where waiting on the water table level to go down so we could proceed. Once the water seeping in slowed down and we where able to control it, we proceeded to do the job we where hired for. The procedure to repair was to open an area in the deepest part of the pool and dig down enough to add gravel and insert pump to keep water pumped out while making the repair and installing the new liner. The job was done correctly and looks very nice. Our Vinyl liner agreement that he signed clearly states that any repair work is extra cost. Mr. ******** never said anything about the liner replacement job being sloppy or dissatisfied, until he got impatient about the parts for the heater and spa jets. The service call to look at the heater was on 7/1 and Mr. ******** was aware that the parts were on back-order due to the Pandemic, I told him once the parts came in we would call and get the service scheduled. I checked on these parts again 9/27/2021 and still are not available and ******* could not give me a ETA. Mr. ******** came into our office earlier this month and informed one of the employees that he found the parts else where and no longer needed our service.
