      I bought ****************** from this company and right from the start, it has been a headache! The home had issues as soon as it arrived to the dealers lot. Several walls were damaged and were not properly built. I have damage to the cabinets that have not been replaced after asking several times. They will send a contractor out, and the job is worse when they leave. This company must hire cheap contractors, because thats exactly what the work is, cheap and unprofessional! The quality of work is poor and this company allows this type of work. I have tried several times reaching out to get someone to come finish the job, and no one will respond to my emails. ***************************** (been with the company 22 years) will not return an email or a call. The contractor that was at my house last left several walls incomplete. Luckily, the dealer sent their guys out to repair, however it was not their job or place. I would advise to not do business with this company, it is like pulling teeth!! Literally the worst experience. No one should have this much trouble getting a company to DO THEIR JOB!!! At this point, it seems like the job has been abandoned. I have been waiting since August to have this home competed.

      we are sorry that the customer has not had a good experience with us. Transit damages happen sometimes and our retailors repair this as part of the setup and trim out of the home as stated in their CSA with Buccaneer Homes. ******************* is the area coordinator and has spoken to this customer as he does to all customers in his area as does the other 3 coordinators do. This home had been without power and water for a long period of time, and we made an exception to work on home without power. The **** sent 2 inspectors out to inspect floor complaint and had set up crew come back to level marriage line floor that was not done correctly at set up. We have a work order for cabinet doors and face fronts to be replaced.

      I am rejecting this response because:

      The marriage line has not been fixed. The guys came out and looked at it and have not been back to fix it. My husband has talked to LD ONE time and have never talked to any other coordinators as you stated and I have phone records and emails to prove that. Theres two walls that have not been sanded and smoothed out and the one wall that has, Buccaneer did not even do. ********** did and it was not on them to do so. No one has even called or reached out in regards to getting new cabinets. To speak on the power, we were told that the crew had generators to run the power. A company this size, should have the money to do so. Regardless of what we had and did not have, we have it now and have had it for about 2 months and it is still an act of congress to get any work completed. Literally one of the worst companies that I have ever dealt with. The communication is horrible.

      From the very beginning when we had got out home in 2019 it took them until 2022 to come and "fix" everything.it would look fixed but wasnt.mold started coming back,doors still don't work properly,cracks come back within days. The worst part is the mold is everywhere in our house now, kitchen,livingroom, dinningroom, bathroom.i started painting and moved a picture and mold was everywhere,it was above my windows which I seen when I got on a ladder that there was heat pouring through the cracks of the molding. I hate to even see what it would look like in our ceilings,the fake beans on the ceilings have spaces and I was painting and so much heat was coming through that it was making the paint bleed. I have all my emails saved from the beginning of the mold that was already in the home.so I have proff that it's been going on since the first year. I've had trouble with getting them to correct it all.it was stated everything would be fixed in the one year and it never fully was.

      Called *************************** at number on complaint no answer voicemail full. Emailed no response. our records do not show *************************** as an owner of a Buccaneer Home. I will need the serial number of the home and the homeowner on the warranty card name to proceed.

      My home come straight from the factory poorly put together. You can tell it was rushed. The sheetrock work was very bad. Had humps in several walls with paint drips everywhere and **** work that wasn't sanded smooth and just painted over. We had 3 repair people come out, each one fixed one part but messed other things up. You show them what all is a issue and they will only fix some and leave the rest. They start off doing good work and then they are rush by their boss and do sloppy and fix half of the things. On the last repair people that came out they didn't cover things up when they did the repairs so dust got all over my home. ******* replied with they sent pictures of them covering the area so nothing they will do about it. I sent pictures they clearly show they didn't cover bc it was all over computers,couch, floor, and shelves, I mean on everything. Also when I came home to sign papers saying the work was good, I noticed a crack in my wall. I showed them and they fix it with mud and dried it with a heat gun and painted over it. So the next day the mud had a big crack in it bc they didn't let it dry all the way and used a heat gun. ******* told me since you signed saying it was good, they are completed with the repairs and won't send someone out. I signed bc at the moment the work looked ok until the next day when it dried and cracked. I wouldn't recommend buying from this company. You will get a slapped together home and even the repair people won't fix it right. You will be left with a crappy job on all sheetrock and trim. Also left with a home that will need a deep cleaning. Which they will leave you to deal with it all. I will have to pay someone to redo my sheetrock to even be able to paint my home. Which I don't see right when you just purchased a new home and have to do work to that should have been done right the first time. How hard is it to send a cleaner and clean the mess they mad and also fix the crack they "fixed" at the last minute.

      I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me and also want the company to send out a cleaner and do a deep clean, from all the mess that was left. They didn't cover the area everyday they worked. So I have mud dust on everything in my home.

      I have had several problems with this home, leaking back door, bubbling of the floor, vent hood above stove leaking on a daily. My biggest problem and concern is now mold, mildew, and dampness growing and happening in several rooms inside my home. I have been living in my home for 4 months so not even 1 year in and I’m having major issues. Issues that can eventually affect my health if not taken care of properly. The construction of the home is poorly done. The cosmetics inside the home were poorly done. Looking inside it is beautiful but behind the scenes there’s issues that are only being fixed with a bandaid. This is my first home that I take care of and since day one I regret this decision. I have dealt with stress of this home and people coming in for nothing because the problems are never really fixed. I didn’t get a break on price or monthly note so it’s extremely upsetting knowing my money is being wasted on something that is poorly constructed. It’s mind blowing to me to know that someone has actually signed off on this home for a final inspection and that a red tag on the outside of this home has been placed showing it’s up to state and federal code regulations. If things were done properly my home that’s less than 6 months old would not be growing mold throughout the house. I have contacted everyone possible regarding this matter and I have not heard back from one person. After reading reviews I am obviously not the only that has experienced mold inside a home built by buccaneer homes. At this point and after the amount of problems I either want a new construction or my money back. Someone needs to come pick up this home because I can not live in a home with theses conditions. There’s no Band-Aid that can be placed on this problem it needs to be freshly redone or walls need to be ripped out.

      We bought our Buccaneer home from Clayton Homes in Springfield MO 1 year ago and it has been a nightmare from the start. We have had 4 different countertops put on our kitchen island because it continue to bubble. 1 year later and that is fixed…for now. We have yet to have our problem resolved with our countertop for the kitchen sink. The first one had a lump. They sent a guy out and he replaced it and did a terrible job. They sent another guy out with another countertop which had a seam behind the kitchen faucet. We said we did not want a seam in our countertop because that is not how it is was when we bought the home and this would cause water to get in the seam and ruin the countertop. We were told they would send another one (4th one) out with no seam. They left the last one with a huge seam down the middle of our countertop. This is not what the house looked like when we paid $140,000 for. We also didn’t pay extra money for a longer warranty to just be told that is how the countertop is going to be and they aren’t going to do anything about it. This has been a terrible experience and we will NEVER recommend this company to anyone ever again.

      All Countertops over 12' have a seam in them. the original had one also. there is nothing that can be done.

      We purchased a doublewide in Lumberton,Tx in June of this year, we received it 2 months later. They sent a crew out 2 days later to put it together and tie it down, after that it has been a horrific experience on getting things done.********** finally sent someone to fix all the cracks and said their part is done. We have a 2 page list of things that need done and they claim it's Buccaneers job. We haven't moved in yet as whole board walk is warped snd needs replacing and I don't want all my new furniture or bell hinges to be affected by this construction. So here we are 4 months later waiting on Buckaneer. They claim they are backed up. We have been so patient,********** was terrible to try to deal with and basically told us not their problem. Please help us! Respectfully yours

Buccaneer responded to us the day BBB notified the company telling us they would be out to do repairs on December the 7th, hopefully they show up and get it all done, that's all we are asking. Their response that "Their is nothing keeping them from moving in " is not accurate. The whole ship lap living room wall is warped and needs to be replaced. I lost all my furniture in August 2020 storm Hurricane Laura, so I have all new furniture that I want to protect from all the construction and dust from tearing out the wall and replacing it. Just from Worldwide foxing the cracks in the Sheetrock there is layers of white powdered Sheetrock dust that worldwide left all over the home. I can tell you if it was their new furniture they wouldn't be hollering that their is nothing keeping them from moving in. We have 2 full pages of repairs to be done.       This Company is not fulfilling our warranty on our home they did some work but have left unsatisfactory damage to our home. They have cut the counter tops wrong 3 different times and they also keep swelling up with big lumps at this point they have refused to correct this and refuse to answer my phone calls they have left my linoleum ripped and lumpy counter tops and cabinets that are coming apart. I have made multiple phone calls and had no response except that they are busy. I have photos showing the damage. I have sent them to them multiple times. I am still under warranty and they refuse to correct the issues.

Due to covid-19 cases on rise finding contractors is hard to right now and our response time is around 6 to 8 weeks. I do not because this is how long is has taken them every time we have needed work done and its getting closer for our 1 year warranty to expire which i feel is what they have been doing all along due to spacing out the times so far apart. I would rather t be paid for the remaining work to have it done with different material due to them bringing the same material each time and within a few weeks it starts to bubble up again and when my warranty is up we will be left with the same issue and its on more than just the island its the kitchen counters as well. I have been patient and allowed them to work on this 3 times through out 8 months and i do not feel the end result will be of satisfaction so i am requesting a monetary amount for the issue. At this point I'm requesting a monetary payout so that counters and Island made out of better materials can be purchased. They have had 3 attempts at this and continue to send warped ones and then cut them to short when they get here to install. I don't feel.a fourth will last and then my warranty will be up and I will be stuck with warped counters. This house isn't even 1 year old and we've had nothing but issues with this company. I still have defective drawers and cabinet doors as well. A person should not have to continue having the same issues over and over. We should not have to keep accepting warped counter tops we should not have to accept material that continues to have this issue it's beyond rediciculous at this point.
