We bought TNT fireworks on Sunday, july 3rd,2022 @3:10pm. We bought a perfect show box and tnt torch fountain . We spent $234.33 including tax. In that perfect show box carried a fountain called combustion chamber. We properly light the fuse and only had like 15 seconds of the show. Then the fountain malfunction, leaving a large brick of power powder that could have caused harmful injuries to the people around. TNT fireworks, please reach out to me for more information. Was told the package had lots of fountains. It didn't. Most TNT fireworks were one bang and done. Don't buy TNT fireworks. Big rip off.

I am having an absolutely terrible time getting resolution to a TNT store charging me $642 twice. I caught it as I was walking out of the store though a push notification from my bank. Went back in and explained to a cashier who told me this had happened several times over the course of the day. The Manager then came out and took my number and said it would be handled in a couple of days. Fine I thought and went on fully trusting this would be the case. It's now a week later and no call and apparently nobody is at the store to answer phones post 4th of July. The TNT customer service contact is telling me 8-10 weeks to get my money back when I called them! Wow!! Funny, I can go to just about any store and get refunds back on my card immediately but not here?! Sure, mistakes happen but what you do afterwards makes all the difference. Instead, there's been no call back, nobody responding to the voicemails left at the Leeds, AL superstore. You left my account tapped out through the 4th of July weekend. We had budgeted enough for our 4th of July trip but this changed everything and you dare tell us it will take 8-10 weeks to get our money back??? Absolutely incomprehensible!
