      We purchased home under warranty from *************** that installed Legacy cabinets. Our master bath vanity was obviously painted at factory and did not cure. The finish is wearing off. We contacted *************** who simply said cabinets not covered under warranty. We asked only for a pint or quart of touch up paint so we could fix it ourselves. We were told to contact Legacy. We did. They contacted *************** who again refused to get us touch up. Their response was to take a door off and color match it. This can go wrong in many ways due to sheen/finish etc. the warranty rep **** just kept repeating cabinets not covered. We are simply needing a pint or quart of touch up paint from cabinet company.

      We value every homeowner who chooses to install Legacy Cabinets, and we apologize for the inconvenience you've faced regarding the finish on your master bath vanity.
      To clarify, the finish on our cabinets is achieved through a sophisticated process that involves premixed catalysts, specific heat levels, and specialized curing processes. Due to the intricacies involved in this process, it is difficult to send out our materials directly form our factory, as they require specific tooling for application.

      We understand your concerns and the need for a remedy. If the recommendation to remove a door and color match was made, it's consistent with common practices to remedy such issues on-site.  You can also take a door or drawer front to your local ******************************* store, and they will color match it for you.

      Again, we sincerely apologize for any inconveniences we may have caused.

      My cabinets were installed in September 2020. I have contacted the installer and business numerous times about resolving the issues I had with the cabinets. No one will contact me and my cabinets were installed poorly, using broken pieces of molding to hold up shelves, crooked installation of spice rack and drawers. No trim along the bottom edge of cabinets. I would like this matter resolved.

Unfortunately, we will not be able to help you as we do not involve ourselves in the installation process. We sell cabinetry to our dealers and they either install the cabinets themselves or they hire the crew or their customer (homeowner) will install the cabinets. You will need to go back to the company you purchased the cabinets from and have them fix the problems or order what needs to be ordered. You will still need to contact them about any installation issues as we do not install cabinets we only sell cabinetry.       I have purchased and had installed cabinets that are defective. Installed. Nov of 2020, Macy issues with the cabinets from the start. This cost me severely with delays caused directly to having many different visits. I refused to pay until they were resolved. Finally had to pay them to sell the house. We were waiting on a trim kit that took several months to arrive. Now that we have the trim the cabinet will not fit the trim. Several calls to the sales guy with only putting me off.. have called directly to the main store in Florida and no one will return my call

We do not have anything to do with appliances or the parts associated with the appliance. You will have to go back to whomever you purchased your oven from.
