    I sent back a T-shirt for an exchange for a larger size approximately 2 years ago and have never received an exchange. I have tried contacting them numerous times with no success. The receipts I have have faded and arent readable. Frustrating that they chose not to respond to anything!!!

    Hello! The only order I have is from 11 months ago. We have not received these items back. They may have been delivered to the wrong place so I am sorry if that is the case. I just refunded you for that order in full.

    I put in an order for a few shirts. I took well over a month to receive them. They were delivered however they were WAY too large. They were a couple sizes larger than what I ordered. I reached out to them SEVERAL times mostly to no avail. One lady did finally answer me like 2 months into this debacle and simply said Id have to pay to return them. This is a shady company masquerading as good Christians. They need to be stopped from scamming more people.

    I am rejecting this response because: if you would have read the numerous messages I sent along with the multiple emails you didnt respond to youd know the small was ok, still large but useable. The two XL were super large XXL. None of this matters. You are masquerading as a Christian company. If you were a real Christian or stood behind your product you wouldve fixed this issue months ago. The fact I had to go this far just to get a proper response from you speaks volumes. I just want a refund at this point.

    I am rejecting this response because: the two complaints are one and the same, and its something you are very well aware of because you have multiple complaints of the same nature from many other people. You can slap a small tag on an xxl, doesnt make it so. I wear an xl every shirt I buy regardless of manufacturer fits. Your xl fits like a xxl or even xxxl. The sheer fact that youd rather argue the fact then provide a refund/return and do the right thing shines a light on your shady business practices. Im not going to argue with you but youll either provide a refund or I promise youll loose more business then just these two little shirts. You give actual Christians a bad look and I wont stand for it.

The other 2 has been the complaint all along. I dont have the original tags to these two anymore- youve taken months to reply to me. No problem sending these two back for a full refund.

    I purchased a solar ***** in 2019 for $50 with a extra $25 fee for a lifetime warranty replacement. The paper that cane with the ***** states I could active a free warranty by text ***** saying my cross or www.eternalightcross.com/warranty I tryed and there are not valid texts or email address. I had already paid the extra fee for my warranty so not concerning when it didn't work. Now 2025 my ***** has stop working I contacted the *********** phone number it not in service I also emailed the ******************************************************* and invalid email address. I go online and googel eternal light solar decorations and there they are still forsale with option to chat said they respond in 15 mins noone ever responded to me 30 mins later. I have no way to get into touch with them no way for them to fulfill there lifetime warranty I paid extra to have but there is a way to buy a brand new one. I feel scamed they are asking for extra money to warranty but no contact the offer you is valid. I advise noone to pay extra for there warranty and don't think buying a $50 solar light is worth it when it last 2 to 3 years Max I go ******* buy one for $15 that will last that long. They are offering customers warranty at a cost and they can't fulfill it due to no contact info is valid to get in touch with them. I'd like my refund of money or a replacement like I guaranteed I will add pictures of the info I have on them. Please help and not allow this to continue.

    I placed an order on 10/23/2024. It stated on the ******** group page that orders shipped within ***** hours. This is not true. Today, I have sent 3 different chat messages requesting that the order now be cancelled because I needed it by November 10th, 2024. I have not received any reply from the company.

    Hey! I have it canceled but I cant issue a refund because you disputed it before filing the complaint. When you dispute a charge the bank puts a hold on it and will not allow me to touch it until they investigate. 
    I have already sent in a response letting them know that I canceled the order but they have not removed the hold as of today (nov 11TH).

    Order placed on 7/17/24. Have not heard anything back from the company, no word on shipping. Have tried to reach their customer service and have been unable to reach anyone.

    I received a solar light heart from Eternal Light ** which was damaged so they said they would issue a refund. The card used to pay for this item was **mpromised and they issued me a new card. When I tried to give them my new card # Eternal Light ** said they **uld only give a refund on the credit card used to purchase item but this card is closed. I paid $35 for the solar light heart and I want a refund.

    I ordered a shirt and was to receive a free tshirt as an incentive for purchase. The one I paid for was my size. The free one was not and is totally useless to me. I contacted the company via email to exchange the free shirt for one that I could wear and with numerous conversations back and forth was basically told, you got the free tshirt. Horrible customer service.

    On 4/23/24 I made a purchase through eternal light co. I have yet to hear from them or received my products. I have emailed them several times with no response.

    I purchased an Eternal light ** monthly box with 2 shirts in it. I never received a **nfirmation email from them, I never got a shipping email with tracking. The money came outta my bank ac**unt. I've emailed them 3 times and left voicemails. No response from them yet. I want them to cancel my order and refund my money ASAP. Also, I'm worried about the monthly recurring charge.

    Ordered from Eternal Light Company on 4-24-24.have not received items totaled $25.80. No tracking info was given. Have emailed multiple times with no response. Telephone number listed was not correct and company answered said many people have called but was not correct. My order #*******
