Date 05/19/2021 Paid $205.45 Told the vet tech when he came to the vehicle that we are only here for heartworm medicine and just an annual check-up for 2 dogs. He stated "ok". He proceeded to take the 1st dog inside. Then within 10 minutes, brought the 1st dog back. Explaining to us that he did not need heartworm shots. We explained to them that we had received a letter in the mail that shots were due. He stated "ok" and left the dog with us. (At this moment we had not received any information as to what had been done to our 1st dog within that 10 minutes.) The vet tech said a secretary would be out in a minute and then went inside. Then came right back out and said that he would like to see our 2nd dog. Then took her inside. Then brought her back out within about 5 minutes. Said "thats it, a secretary will be out in a minute". Secretary came out and gave total. We then asked "how". The secretary read things off an invoice. We explained that we didn't come for any of those things.Business response

Business Response /* (1000, 27, 2021/11/08) */ BBB spoke with the practice manager, Ms. Jessica Long. She said she is the one that scheduled this appointment and they performed only the tests that was necessary for the hear worm medication. No offer to refund any money.
