In June I had a leak in a Life time Guaranteed Pella window. This leak ruined drywall, crown molding, base boards and wood floors. A Pella technician came out and said the window was installed wrong by Pella and that they would come back out and fix the issue. I have called twenty to thirty times, put in countless help tickets called the manager ***************** and Corporate. All this and not one return phone call. I am convinced that Pella is trying to escape their obligation of repair. Every time I call all they do is say someone will call back and they never do. No one is held accountable at this company. ************** has been contacted. The actual windows manufactured by Pella do have a lifetime warranty on them but they are not the cause of the issue. The installation was not performed by Pella and is not covered by that lifetime warranty. The installation my be part of the issue but both my tech and I believe the leak is predominately from the roof above the window. The installation was preformed by another company that is no longer in business. We sent ************** a proposal to remove the existing windows and reinstall them. This would also allow us to investigate our theory that the leak is above the window.

I am rejecting this response because: I have paper work showing the company in question was contracted by Pella for installation. Further more, per my original conversation with the technician who openly told me Pella was responsible, referred to in the response. I have had two roofing companies come out and inspect the area **** claims is the issue. Both companies concluded this area was not the issue and doesn't leak. **** would know this if he actually returned a call within the last 4 months. I will not pay for him to inspect something that has already been inspect. Pella is responsible for damages caused by the company they contracted. I will not be paying them a dime.

I bought 17 doors and windows from Pella on 17 May 2021. I was told they would be installed after 4 July 2021. That did not happen. I was then told the doors and windows would arrive mid July (now) and be installed by end of July. I have been calling and texting all week trying to find my doors and windows I paid over 7k in deposit for back in May. Pella has not responded to tell me where my products are, when they will be installed or what to expect. I want my down payment refunded ASAP. I dont believe Pella has made my windows and doors yet and I dont ever expect to see them. Very poor communication and customer service. Not at all happy.Business response
