I have purchased a vehicle on **** that was sold as a clear title, it actually has a salvaged title. **** approved the claim forwarding it to Auction Insurance Agency. ******************************* told me she would have my claim closed over two weeks ago. She and other at the agency have completely Ghosted me since. No email response despite multiple emails, no callbacks from multiple voicemails left for her and multiple other people working there. It has been months of a run around with **** and auction insurance agency. **** item number ************Business response

06 of April, 2022. Paid $782.50, Unclaimed Packages 491 units. The nature of mine dispute is that I bid on this 491 units and i did NOT receive 12 of the items that i was bidding for instead thy sent me other items that where not on the manifest and don't have the same valve. Thy tired to reimburse me $50. Which i didn't not accept for the reason that you sign a contract once you win the bid saying your gona fulfill your end of the deal. Auction Insurance Agency is the third-party administrator of B-Stock Supply's Buyer Protection Program. This buyer protection is offered by B-Stock Supply for free on certain eligible transactions. We reviewed this individual's dispute and concluded that the $50 refund provided by the seller was fair and reasonable given the nature of the dispute and the evidence submitted. As a courtesy, we offered the complainant an additional $100 refund. Our offer was declined and the dispute was closed. Let us know if you have any more questions.Customer response

I don't think it's a fair amount of money there offering for the reason that I could've made more from the items I had bought out right.
