  Building was paid for 6/12/22 20,723$ the building was agreed upon being built with a rat seal and a door installed upon a concrete slab . Upon ordering was requested to have the metal dropped 2 or 3 inches on outside lip of concrete. It was built flush to concrete when ask about it was told it would be fine . After installing the door way was installed crooked and the crew had to come back . Door way is still slightly crooked. Upon first heavy rain the roof was leaking from top and bottom of the building they sent the crew back and put a thin layer of foam on the ridge camp , and said they would send another crew to evaluate the bottom issue . After waiting for a reply for months they contacted back about adding another trim for an additional charge . When ask for a supervisor number they broke contact

  At the time the customer consulted with us regarding the building, they already had an existing slab that was not congruent with the specifications we recommend.  The customer wanted the sheets running vertically on the sides.  We would typically advise that a rat ledge be poured in the concrete slab for the best seal.  Since the slab was already poured, this was not an option.  J-trim was ordered with the building to cap the corrugation of the metal at the bottom of the sheet.  This is a standard item offered that each customer may choose to add or not.  

  
  If the concrete is not completely level, the door frame will not be either.  Metal has no give. We do not do concrete work and were working on an existing slab provided by the customer.  The installers stated this was the trouble in truing up the door frame.  They did the best possible job with the existing surface they were working on.  The customer was notified that this was the issue with the door frame.

   

  When a building is being constructed, the customer has the right to stop the job at any point if it does not meet their expectations.  We are a dealer for the manufacturer and recommend to all our customers to be on site to ensure their expectations are met. We worked with our manufacturer to find a solution and offered to come back at no charge to add an additional z-trim around the perimeter.  The last time we spoke with the customer, we verified that there were no issues with the roof.  We agreed that they would get back with us if they wanted this trim piece added.

   

  We truly regret the customer had a negative outcome here and have done all we can to help make it right and work with them, as has the manufacturer.  Issues with a slab poured like theirs with these buildings are real, and we always recommend being certain that the recommended specs are met prior to placing our buildings for the best possible outcome.
