      26 April 2021, I called American Home Shield (AHS), due to HVAC issue. A&A Heating and Cooling, LLC (Albertville, AL) came out to inspect, said the blower failed-they would order a new blower part. Later, technician returned with the new wheel; was bent out of shape, so he tried to bend it back & installed it until he gets another new one. It made some noise, but seemed to work. I called A&A after 2 weeks; ****** said it was ordered & not received. Called 2 more times in May/June; same result. 14 Nov 2021, I heard a loud noise from HVAC again, turned it off. 15 Nov at 0810, I called A&A- ****** answered I told her about same noise as before-asked about the parts on order from May. She said, yes I see the order is still open-we ordered but didn't receive the parts. Said she'll look into it; called me back-said this was a heat issue, I must put in a heat order with AHS. I asked about the parts they ordered in May. ***** ******* got on the phone and said, you have to contact AHS and put in a heat order we won't do anything until then. I said neither my AC , nor heat are working, please complete the repair from May ****** admitted the order was still open repair was never completed. 15 Nov, I called AHS & explained everything, they said to call A&A. Spoke with ******; she said we won't order the parts until you submit a heat order. I said, OK, I have an AC problem, and I need you to fix my AC like you promised in May. Put me on hold, came back & said we will order the AC parts, but won't touch the heater. I said ok, please contact me asap with the parts status. I received a text at 3:34 on 15 Nov, stating "We should receive your part in 10 days, if we get it in sooner, we will call you". I have contacted A&A several times, parts are still not in21 days after ordered. 3 December, I called another company, ***************; gave them unit model number; Terry said the parts were in stock; could have the them next day and install the day after that.
