Booked a fishing charter through Saltwater Safari on the fishing vessel the Legend. They overbooked the trip and left us standing. When we asked the captain about the situation he brought out foldable chairs and placed them outside in the rain and 40 degree temperature. After sitting in the rain for an hour, we went inside the boat and sat on the bunks but were quickly confronted by the captain and were told that we cannot sit there. We asked the captain to sit on the sits next to him and he repeatedly said no then he allowed other customers sit there later in the day. When asked where to sit he told us to sit on the floor or the stairs but when we refused he ordered his deckhands to move the chairs inside and placed them in the corridor. Later in the day the captain got mad at me when I safely released a tiny rock fish and told me stop fishing and said that he will refund my trip. When we arrived he refused to refund me and instead canceled my other upcoming trip.
