    I went on minto money to receive funds for a loan was believed to have to pay a certain amount per month and agreed to then payment came out on the 27th and then I was told another payment is coming out on the 11th and it's an excessive amount of money that I needed to discuss with them so I tried to go on to the website and the website was an unsecured site and scrambled when I was trying to log into the account. I wasn't able to get into any account or see any of my documentations, on the phone they did not allow me to have any of my documentations emailed to me so that I can see what was going on on my payments and at the end of a whole day interaction with this company they had refunded me my first payment which is confusing because they never told me about that and I'm very confused with this company and I believe that it is a scam and I now have to go change everything.

    I applied for an online loan for $1200. I received a call that I didn't qualify. Two days later the money was in my account from ********************. They are taking $321.36 every 2 weeks. There is a ******% Interest rate. I never agreed or signed any paperwork accepting this offer. I NEVER would. I don't mind paying back the $1200 that I inquired about (plus a minor interest fee). That leaves me with $80 something dollars left to pay before interest. I feel like this place is a scam. They are taking advantage of consumers. I NEVER signed paperwork agreeing to such an impossible loan. I think they need to get looked at.

    Predatory lender. I have paid way more than the principal and they want to say that I still owe them *******. They scam people out of their hard earned money.

    Hello, I am reaching out in regards to a loan I took out from Minto Money. I took out a loan for $1,071.00 on April 21, 2025. I was told that they would be taking out a payment of $****** once a month and was never told about the interest rate. They have been taking $****** out of my bank account every other week. I have already paid 3 payments of the ****** totaling $601.86. They have an insane interest rate which they failed to provide and its 509% interest. I just called their customer service today June 10, 2025 to ask about how much I had left to pay and they told me $1,200.00 and then the *** told me that, that was the amount only for today and that every day is interest. They NEVER said that interest was being charged daily. I'm trying to figure out what to do and how to fix this, I have been reading all these reviews from other people and they're saying the same thing, that they're illegal and all these class action lawsuits have been filed against them, I really need any help I can get, thank you.

    Minto money disguised their website as catch pay, a legitimate 3rd party payment plan that my vet had suggested I look into. They were dishonest about the apr upfront and now I have a 700% apr on 500 dollars that I was not lead to believe was a loan. Afraid of contacting the business and giving them further information.

    I took out a $1000 loan, on September 2024 and this company changed the contract without my knowledge and say that I have to pay up to $5500 when I have already paid over $2000 for a 1000 loan and the contract changed without my knowledge.

    Monto money mislead people into their loans. I was misled into thinking I would pay off my loan in 3 months of by weekly installments. Come to find out Im paying 500% interest. That business should not be allowed to do what its doing to customers. Ive paid close to 600 dollars on a 770 dollar loan and I owe more than the loan. The *** isnt disclosed. I found that out only by calling the institution.

    MINTOMONEY SCAM. I received a loan in the amount of $1400 from this company in June of 2024. I agreed to pay weekly $187.05 until paid off. As of today, I have paid just shy of $9000, never missing a payment, and they are STILL withdrawing from my account weekly. Today I stopped automatic payments from my bank account because this is robbery and nowhere did I sign agreeing to this outrageous interest rate. I want this done with, off my credit, and want to be reimbursed the thousands I paid in interest.

    A loan was given to me for 875$ with not paperwork i had to sign or told of the interest rate when given to me. Interest rate for over 770% i have within just a couple months not only paid off this loan but already more than the loan and they are wanting me to pay back over 5,600$ I DO NOT HAVE which is why the emergency loan was needed! This is outrageous and I can not pay that kind of money as a one income house whos barely working and a full time student!

    Ive lended from Minto Money in the past when Ive gotten myself into hard financial situations in the short term. However this time my experience was a little different. I am aware these are high interest rate loans designed for you to get and pay off right away. The company however suggests you make large payments to the principle if you cannot pay the loan off immediately. I called and spoke to a representative during the second month of my loan after *** already paid one monthly payment and I requested to make a 700$ payment towards the full balance of my loan that was just around 980$. I was told however, that they were UNABLE to process my additional payment because it covered the principle of the loan completely. So they wanted me to make a payment of under 600$ (the original principle) so that way there would still be a principle balance on the loan. In other words, they would have taken a 599$ principle payment just so they could have a 1$ loan with over 300$ in interest showing on my account. Im sorry but thats absolutely unacceptable. Im trying to make a payment towards the entire balance of the loan so I have a much lower balance to pay off next time I had the money and was told NO BY THEIR COMPANY. Im sorry but why do you tell people to make large payments and then tell them that their payment towards your loan is too large? That is absolutely ridiculous. This was my 3rd or 4th time using minto and normally Im very happy with their customer service as they will Work with you to find a solution to your financial needs but after this loan I WILL NEVER be going back to minto money. They send me offers saying Im a VIP with better rates and such but Im extremely dissatisfied. I have never seen a lender who encourages large balance payments DENY one because it was too large even though it wasnt the full balance of the loan. I spent an extra 250$ because we couldnt take that payment. And would like that refunded now. So much for being a VIP.
